Being an older home owner, experiencing a slab leak before the holidays was terrifying. Start to finish Ben from Master Leak handled our problem quickly, professionally, efficiently, and expeditiously. His confidence, knowledge, and positive attitude were a great reassurance. He found the problem and gave me options and quotes. After the repairs were made Ben made several follow up phone calls to make sure all was working well. Bottom line we were very pleased to have Ben at Masters Leak correct our problem. We highly recommend him.

Ben has fantastic customer service. He was helpful and very nice over the phone, and he was the same in person. I called him because the drain in my shower has been clogged for months and came to fix it that same day! His price was reasonable and I appreciate how responsive he was.
I wish I could give feedback on the quality and value of Ben's work, but I'll have to check back in a couple weeks. But I appreciated his services so much. Thank you, Ben!

Update: Its been about a month since my shower drain was unclogged and it's been working fine! Thank you so much Leak Masters! The quality and value has been awesome.

Was referred to Ben by a family member when my kitchen sink backed up beyond recovery. Ben was quick to respond and out the next day on time ready to go. Immediately knew the solution. 1/2 hour later....He's paid and tipped. He says , ""yeah, let's look at the main"". Pulls out a nice camera rig and shows me a clear shot to the street. Nice set up. Ben is a godsend. After gathering bids from multiple plumbers, we found that Ben was our best option: price and availability. He was also referred by a couple friends but I wanted to check all my options.

We are in the middle of updating our kitchen and master bath, and with me in my third trimester of pregnancy I want things chop chop and correct the first time. The first oh-no was that we need a plumber for the dishwasher and sinks install. I did not account for that when budgeting. However, Ben did not make a huge spike for us. He is very thorough and helpful. He came by Saturday for the consult and was luckily available to stay and change out all our corroded stop valves. He even helped my husband haul away our old cast iron sink. That weighs quite a penny. The second oh-no was that the new sink did not fit and Ben was gracious to return for Day 2 anytime we needed him. We finally found a sink that fit like a charm, and Ben came back to do the plumbing for the kitchen sink and set it up for the dishwasher install. He also verified my husband's master bathroom sinks install so that there's definitely no leaks from the reused pipes.

It was a breeze working with Ben. We highly recommend him. Keep in mind that he is currently a one-man team so he is the scheduler, plumber, and invoicer. His rates are fair because it's all him. And his availability is dependent on how many clients and how time consuming their issues are, so we know we were fortunate to have his time. I would go for him regardless when he can service, because having a trustworthy, fair, and skilled plumber is more important than anything else.

Excellent service!! ... it was fast and efficient. The master bedroom's shower handle was leaking out of control filling an average bucket in a 30-40min range. I hate wasting water, naturally I started browsing for plumbing services on yelp and google luckily I found Leak Masters gave them a call, Ben gave me an estimate, a time frame and just like that the problem was solved *literally*.
