Brent is a super-star, the best in the business! He came out an hour after I called him to investigate a leak, the second one we had at the house. He diagnosed the problem quickly and methodically, and he gave us the options for repair. Since it was a slab leak under the foundation, the choices weren't easy. We decided to take up Brent on his offer to perform the repair, and he came through! The repair was much more complex than he expected, requiring a long night and a second visit. Our family had a very positive experience with Brent Graham of Elite Leak Detection that we would like to share with fellow Yelp readers. We have had to fix many age-related plumbing issues recently in our 30-year old tri-level townhome. Sometime after the faucet was replaced in third-floor bathroom sink and subsequent follow-up work done, there was a leak onto the second floor ceiling which left stains in several diverse areas. Our plumber could not give us an estimate to fix the leak without opening up the ceiling and walls. I researched Yelp to find a plumber who specialized in leak detections. Elite Leak Detection's office was located nearby in Torrance and Brent promptly returned my call on Monday morning and came out to our tri-level townhome on Wednesday morning to do a residential leak inspection at a very reasonable fee.

With proper questioning about recent plumbing repairs, moisture meter and thermal readings of the stains on the ceiling, making an opening in the ceiling, analyzing water stains on the bathroom sink cabinet, Brent concluded that the leak occurred after the faucet was replaced and water run and before the same plumber returned to do follow-up work on the sink plumbing. Brent was able to clarify that the leakage was a one-time occurrence and that no need plumbing work was necessary!
