Most plumbers do not have the ability to detect leaks through walls, floors, concrete slab, so you will have to call this company. There is another one in Sylmar, but they are the same price and Elite is usually available sooner. Anyway, Brent @Elite detected a pinhole leak in a weird location at my parents' house in Palos Verdes. It was through a bathroom wall and underneath the concrete slab, very difficult to get to. Another plumber said they would need to cut through the sink counter, the walls and flooring at a cost higher than Elite. Brent has special equipment not only in detecting the leak, but causing the most minimal disruption to the area. He used a mini jackhammer to cut the slab and did not touch the sink counter. Brent and Jay were very efficient and timely. My parents were happy with their work and would call on them again. Highly recommend Elite for your leak!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Elite Leak Detection. I discovered I had a leak when my water bill doubled. I called a plumber who had no idea where the leak was on the outside but he advised me to call Brent at ELD. After two visits, Brent found exactly where the leak was on the property. It took Jai who works with Brent around four hours to repair it.

Brent was professional, easy to reach by phone or text and his prices were very reasonable. The final cost was actually below the original estimate. When I thought I had another leak inside the house, Brent/Jai came out again for no additional charge.

I highly recommended their leak detection service. I had a leak in the wall that a plumber couldn't find. There is a reason for all the glowing reviews. This man delivers! Everything people say is true. Polite, communicative, professional, and dedicated. He doesn't stop until the job is complete.
Brent spent quite some time with me diagnosing our slab leak. In my particular case, I not only wanted to know where the leak was but more importantly where I could bypass it. Even though it was difficult to figure out where all the lines were going under the slab, Brent never gave up and kept attacking the problem methodically and backtracking when needed - always applying sound logic combined with his years of plumbing experience and technical expertise.
He didn't even hesitate to go into the flooded crawlspace to further troubleshoot the problem despite knowing it would result in getting wet. Swamp butt - that's going the extra mile and not one complaint! Once he found the source, bypassing took only a few minutes. Now after weeks, I can finally stop turning off the water at night and turning it on in the morning.
My only regret is not calling him sooner. Don't hesitate! Thanks Brent!
