Our spa was losing water, we tried all the plumbing replacements that were suggested by our local pool repair company. We called Elite Leak Detection based on their great reviews. Got a call back immediately from the owner (on a holiday weekend). He apologized for being out of town but scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Jai arrived just before 8:30 and immediately went to work pressurizing the underground plumbing to the spa and determined there were no leaks there. After draining the spa, they took off the drains and the light and figured it was most likely the light. He applied an epoxy patch at the likely source and left it for about 3 hours to cure. He returned and replaced the light and drains. We refilled the spa and crossed our fingers!! The spa is now holding water like it should, leak is fixed! These guys are amazing...clean, polite, responsive, reasonably priced, we just can't say enough. Would not hesitate to use them again or highly recommend them.

I went with Elite Leak Detection after reading all of the positive reviews on Yelp. The entire experience from beginning to end was really straight forward and Brent went the extra mile to make sure that I was well taken care of.

He explained everything before starting, including what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. We set up an appointment, he arrived right on time, did the work, then provided me a detailed report and spent the time to go over everything and answer my questions.

Thought we had a leak in our pool which was causing flooding of our back yard and garage. Brent identified the flooding as coming from an underground leak in a fire hydrant in a public area up a hill behind our house. Highly recommend. Very fast response and very professional and courteous.

Our water bill jumped up several hundred dollars, so we figured we had a leak. I called Elite and Brent scheduled me for the next day. Jai arrived promptly (he called and let me know he was on the way). Within 30 minutes he found where the leak was under the concrete driveway. I decided to have them do the repair work also. Jai was able to cut through the cement, clear the dirt, fix the leak and refill with dirt and top with cement. During several steps of the process I wanted to see what was going on and Jai was very patient showing me everything. Everything was done very neatly. I highly recommend using Elite Leak Detection!

Brent and Jai located the leak under our slab floor in the kitchen and suggested rerouting the plumbing rather than jack-hammering through the tile and slab. The work was done effectively and without the mess of punching through the floor. Both guys explained each step and both were punctual, courteous and professional. One of the best experiences with a service person ever. . The swimming pool in one of my commercial properties was dead. We didn't know what needed to be done to repair it. We did know that there was a leak in one or more of the return lines. One company we contacted told me all of the plumbing needed to be replaced for over $26,000. OK, if it really needed to be done. Another company told me about half of the plumbing needed to be replaced for about $12,000. Once again, OK if it really needed to be done. The prices I was quoted by these two companies was based on what the thought needed to be done, not what they knew needed to be done. I am so glad that I called Brent with Elite. He was willing to spend the time to actually figure out where the problem was. All of the plumbing was not bad. He found the leak, there was only one, They gave a very reasonable price for the repair and could do the work quickly. I had Elite do the work and I could not be happier with the quality of work, professionalism. response time, integrity, and the price (about 1/3 of the lowest quote is received). I would feel confident recommending them to anyone.

Around early June started having to add water to pool a lot more often. Checking water level the next day after adding, noticed that level was down 3/4 to 1 inch. Checking on youtube for videos about pools leaking I did a bucket test and level outside of bucket would show about the same loss. Also found info on doing leak test with a bottle of black dye and a syringe. Seeing how it was done gave me the idea to try and find the leak myself. After getting leak test kit from Amazon, I filled syringe with dye and pushed the dye out around edges of skimmer, and also 2 return lines and pool light. Needless to say, I couldn't find the leak. Not knowing who to call for pool leak detection, went on Yelp and found elite leak detection in Torrance. They had all great reviews. Even from people that didn't use them ! So I gave them a call. We set up an appointment and they came out as promised. After looking at pool to check for any obvious signs of a leak Brent got his leak detection kit out (using red dye)and started looking for leaks around the skimmer. In about 5 minutes or less he found it. He then told me how I could fix it using a waterproof epoxy to plug the leak. So by using elite leak detection they found the leak, I found out I didn't need to replace the skimmer, and I was able to fix it myself! Since I plugged the leak and added water to pool I haven't added water to pool for 10 days and counting! So I am a happy camper. I definitely would recommend them!
