I'm a property mgr. and had noticed that there was a large area where the concrete was not drying. I thought it was caused by the faucet nearby but wanted to check so I asked for referrals from a developer that I know and got Elite's contact info. I spoke to Brent and was pleasantly surprised with how polite and professional he was. He came out and assessed what looked like a simple faucet leak... but then it became much more. He and his partner came out and had to cut through about 12 inches of concrete and then started digging... and digging... and about 7 feet down they found a cracked PVC pipe that needed repair. For being such a horribly difficult process, Brent and his partner made it so much more enjoyable! Everything got completed including the concrete repair and it looks great. I can't say enough great things about Elite and would refer them to anyone!!!

I had a terrible weekend with no fresh water and no shower at all. The beginning started my garage area became like a pool on Friday morning. I hired Sal's Plumbing right away to repair the leaks. Although they found some pipes behind the water heater were leaking, they couldn't finish the job since they couldn't find the leaking place.
On Monday morning, at last I could talk Brent, the owner of Elite Leak Detection who told me he can detect & plumbing job together.

1) He is so professional that he brought in many detection tools & machines and searched every walls and floors to find the leak more than a hour. He told me the leaking place exactly with confident. Without digging my concrete slabs, he chose to install new copper pipes around water heater and under the sink through some walls.
2) His contact and communication were great! After I talked by phone 8:00 he sent me many messages and job Estimate by E-mail before he starts on 10:00am. During his working, he answered to any questions very kindly (My husband and me are seniors). After he finished his job 5:00pm, he sent me a formal beautiful receipt and invoice by E-mail at 5:30pm.
3) Brent respects customers culture and ethnics. Because we, Asians usually take off shoes inside the house, he voluntarily took off his shoes to go into my house and 2nd floor. He explained us my leaking condition with slow English since our English is not sufficient.

I called Elite Leak Detection because we had a leak in our main water line but could not see any visible water and needed a service that could find the leak. Their leak detection expert Jai came out and found the leak in our front yard after doing his tests. He then gave me a quote to repair the leak and the owner Brent came out in about 90 minutes and did the repair . He left our landscaping looking like nothing had been changed(see photos below) then helped with a clogged bathroom faucet before leaving.
I highly recommend this company. Very professional and were great at finding and fixing our problem.

Called them for an inside the wall leak in a 3 or 4 inch vertical pipe in my redondo beach rental. I was out of town, he quoted over $900 this was plumbing repair and $275 to analyze the problem. No drywall repairs included.

I had the same repair done about a year later in a different property on the next block, this time I was present and a different plumber charged $250 for analysis and repair.

Graham did discover a secondary leak and charged an additional fee for that repair, but that is outside of the scope performed by the second plumber.

My tenants said Graham was clean and pleasant to deal with.

I can't say enough good things about Elite. I would give them more than five stars if I could. After spending the better part of a week working with my warranty company to get plumbers and leak detection companies out to my house I finally took the initiative to contact Elite, who I found online. I called Brent and left a message early Saturday morning and he returned my phone call within an hour or two. I scheduled an appointment for Elite to inspect my house the following Monday. Jai showed up on time and immediately located the leak behind the drywall adjacent to the washer and dryer nook downstairs. He went straight to work and finished the repair in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Elite for any plumbing and/or leak detection issues you may have.

This company was great. It all started with a return phone call from the owner about 10 minutes after I left a message. We discussed the problem I was having and he was honest to say that he may not be the right company as he could not come out for a few days. I informed him that I had the water off where the leak was believed to be and we discussed plan for his partner to come out on his next available day. The planned appointment time was between 10 and 12. I was given a call about 30 minutes before that they were on the way and a few minutes before 10 they were at the house. We spent some time discussing it, they used their tools and looked at all the areas and places that needed inspection. A great company with integrity.

Leaving my home for work I noticed wet pavers in my driveway. After a few hours, hoping it would dry, it was still a wet area. I found Elite leak detector and reached out to them. Brent answered all my questions and concerns and had someone available within two hours. Jai showed up and found the leak, and gave me a quote over the phone, as I was at work. I asked him to wait while I get back to him. After speaking with my wife and discussing the urgency, we allowed Jai to take care of the leak.
