I don't often write reviews but I received such good service from Steve and Aram that I decided to write one. I was in the middle of having my pool remodeled and while the concrete was all broken out, we decided that it was a good time to have the main sewer line replaced. I called Steve up after reading the good reviews on Yelp,and he made an appointment for the next day to scope my sewer to see if it really needed to be replaced. Upon inspecting it, he agreed that it should, and offered to rearrange his schedule to do the job quickly so that my pool remodel would not have to be delayed.

Steve and Aram gave me a great price and showed up early the next day with a couple of men and completed the sewer replacement using trenchless technology. Steve explained everything before and during the job and completed it within the same day as promised. He even had his men clean up the area after the job.

I completely recommend Leak Free Plumbing and Rooter for your plumbing needs. I would be happy to use them again in the future when the need arises.

Had water coming out of the bottom of my kitchen disposal, so a flood underneath my sink, of course during an Easter dinner party for 14. They came and wrestled with the new disposal, but ultimately won the battle and did the job. No muss no fuss. Good old fashioned business owner taking pride in his work. Will use them again.

We had a small, inconsistent leak coming from our upstairs bathroom but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We called Leak Free Plumbing and made a Saturday afternoon appointment. Ash came to give us quick fixes without having to tear up our whole bathroom and said to call if those fixes didn't work. Fast forward to two weeks later when we found another, separate leak. He came by to look at it, we set up an appointment for a later date and voila it was fixed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Leak Free based on their work, professionalism, and price.

Last weekend i discovered a pipe leaking under my sink. Things were very wet down there. I consulted yelp and found this plumber, Leak Free. I called them on Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave a voice mail. The call was answered, by Aram the plumber, and after talking about what was going on, he said he would be at my house in a half hour. He came and determined what the problem was, it was not too serious but to fix it, he needed to get a part at the supply store on Monday, the next day. He put a bucket under the place where the leak was and after that, i didn't have the problem of everything getting wet. He came the next day and fixed the problem. He charged a very fair price. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with, and clearly, to me, a good guy, honest, hardworking, and an expert plumber.

We knew before we bought our house that the sewer line was the old original clay (over 40 years old), had roots and would need to be replaced, and after being in the house for 6 months, the day came when water started to back up in our tub and shower and it was time to take action. After reading reviews of various plumbers, I decided to give Leak Free a call. I got VM so left a message that was promptly returned in less than half an hour. Steve and Aram came out the next morning and did a camera inspection and saw the line separation right away. They quoted a great price and came back the next morning with the equipment to do a trenchless replacement of the old clay pipe. They also checked the line that ran from our property edge to the city connection under the street and recommended an epoxy liner to the city line, which we opted for as well. The price we paid was excellent, and Steve, Aram and team were always on time, professional, and respectful. Steve periodically asked if we wanted to see the work in progress and explained all that was being done so that we were educated each step of the way. Great work, great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

My 6 month old garbage disposal call the quits on me so I start looking for place to get it fixed, found this place on Yelp and called them, Ashot picked up the phone and arrived even faster then Fire department. Friendly and Straightforward service. I wish Yelp has 6 Stars so i can rate even more.

I called Leak Free Plumbing a few days ago because I had a backed up main sewer line. Steve gave me a very competitive ballpark price over the phone, and said that he could come out the next day. He gave me appointment options, all which didn't work for me initially, because I commute far and needed to be at my office early. He offered me earlier time slots that worked, what a Guy! With traffic, he probably needed to be up at 5am to accommodate my schedule... again, what a Guy(s)!

Steve and Aram showed up the next day, on time, and ready to take care of business. They quickly snaked the sewer line, unclogging the backup and taking some pipe-intruding roots with them. Additionally, they put a video camera down the pipe to inspect the integrity and condition of the pipe, all the while, explaining to me what exactly we were seeing on the monitor. Talk about transparency, they showed and explained to me that ""hey, your cast iron pipe looks good""... no BS cooked-up assessment.

In the end, they stuck to their initial (very fair) ballpark quote. I was so grateful, I gave them 'beer money', for after a hard days work... though I doubt these Guys are beer drinkers (up a 5am!).

They earned my business for life... though I hope that I don't need to call them for backed-up sewer, anytime soon!

These guys are fabulous! I highly recommend them! They are honest, knowledgeable, efficient, quick and great at explaining and clarifying themselves. My husband and I had had problems with our sewer line backing up for the past 5 years in our new home. Yearly we would have plumbers come out and clear the line but we knew eventually we would have to have more in-depth work done. Leak Free plumbing cleared our sewer line twice in 2013 and showed us that the problem was tree roots in our sewer line near the sidewalk. They explained that the problem of ""back up"" would persist until we fixed the tree roots problem. They gave us a reasonable quote which later they proved to stick with their initial quote (under $1000) . In December 2013, after another ""back Up"" issue, we called Leak Free Plumbing on a Friday night at 7pm, they returned our call, scheduled themselves to come out the very next day and replaced approximately 3 feet of our sewer line and removed the tree roots.

Of course my toilet backs up at 6pm on a sunday night. Only having one bathroom in the house, I had to get the problem solved quickly. Aram showed up within the hour, snaked out the main line not once but TWICE and showed me where the potential problems would be coming from in the future. He did not charge extra for the weekend call. I will be calling them from now on for future plumbing work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Urgently needed to get our sewer line replaced, so I researched on Yelp and Angie's list. Called a few people, got estimates and ended up going with Steve for numerous reasons. He was amazing (how often can you say that about a plumber?!?!). He was honest, hard working, and came in at the estimate even though they ended up having to dig down an extra couple of feet for the sewer line. I have already referred Leak Free Plumbing to two friends, and both have also been extremely satisified with both price and service.
