I called to schedule an estimate, and Ashot was able to arrive within the hour. I was provided with an estimate that was fair and reasonable.

So pleased with my experience- Ash originally told me he would have to charge me if he found a leak in a washing machine as opposed to pipes. He came out and found no leak, although there had been a repaired leak. Found mold and so did not charge me a penny. I will definitely use them again.

You call Leak Free and they come and fix it. It's that simple. You don't have to worry about being overcharged or if they will do unnecessary work. They do their job well. I've used Leak Free probably 25 times over the last few years and they never disappoint. I am grateful for their consistency, diligence, and professionalism. They truly deserve more than 5 stars.

I almost don't want to write a review because I love these brothers so much and don't want them to get too busy where they won't have time for us anymore! They are honest, on time, and know their stuff. They have done two small jobs and will be doing a big job coming up. Highly recommend.

I actually had their service 10 months back. I wanted to wait few months to see it is perfectly fixed or not and stretched to 10 months. I had severe blockage at the outer side of the sewer line due to stubborn roots. Had my handyman cleared the blockage 2-3 times but it came back in few days. Thought of getting it fixed permanently. I checked on yelp and decided to call Leak Free Plumbing. They came on time and provided me the details of problem and permanent solution. I booked them to fix it and they worked hard for 1 and 1/2 days and got it all done. Clean and timely done job. I would definitely recommend them. Aarm was great.
The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is, they told me there will be 40 feet long liner needed and originally I think there were just 10-15 feet liner was used. They should have given me correct estimate or charge after knowing the exact length.
Overall, it's been 10 months and we have no issues. I would update this review if there is any change.

Actually was a great experience. Good quality work. Aram showed up immediately and was very courteous. Good job.

Called with a backed up kitchen drain. They came out the same day, had it fixed in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

We used Leak Free Plumbing 3 times - and each time it progressively got worse.
The first time they fixed a blockage we had in our sewer line, which had caused the house plumbing to back up. They seemed to know their stuff, so we also had them come back to install a tankless water heater. Being 1st time homeowners, we were naive and did not realize the tankless water heater needed a permit from the city - and they never let us know. When the inspector came to check out our HVAC unit, they fined us a penalty for not having a permit for the tankless water heater. I called Leak Free Plumbing and asked why they had not let us know. Their answer -- most of their customers don't want to bother with a permit. We've been given estimates / had work done by electricians, contractors, etc., and they all let us know of the need for a permit. Not Leak Free Plumbing. But they did agree to pay half of the fee, which seemed fair.
The second time we called them was when a hose leading to our refrigerator leaked. They came and ""fixed it"" with tubing that was never intended for the job -- which we found out from the new plumbers who came to fix it this weekend, because it had started to leak all over our kitchen and garage again.
But in the meantime, we had called them for a third and final time because our hose fixtures in the back of the house were leaking, no matter what we did (e.g., replace entire fixture, buy new hose fasteners, use plumbing tape within the connection, etc.). In fact, we also had 4 hoses - 2 in the front and 2 in the back - burst open at the seams. Even after hearing that, they never tested the water pressure - which we recently found out was significantly above average and would require we use a special type of hose. Instead, they told us we needed a washer (which costs about 5 cents) and replaced it for $180. Yes, $180. Crazy.
While they seem like nice guys who truly care, please be careful. They are not above taking your money without a true inspection or true quality of work.

Aram is a champ! Great guy! Took care of a backed up tub with relative ease and great service. Personable and handled the issue on a Sunday afternoon!

In January 2017 had a problem where the secondary sewer line serving the laundry and kitchen areas was blocked. Obtained estimates from three plumbing companies including Leak Free. All three agreed the line was broken under the house slab foundation so could not be repaired. All three gave estimates for a new line.
Steve at Leak Free came out and not only provided the lowest estimate but also included patching of inside and outside walls after completion of sewer line as part of job. Steve and his team completed the job within three days and delivered on everything promised. Am happy with Leak Free and would call again for any plumbing issues.
