SCAM ALERT! If I could give ZERO stars I would!

This guy quoted me $3500 for a job and then when it was time to get started he changed his tuned and went up to over $8000, with all these new problems that I *knew* were fake. They wanted me to write out a check for almost $10,000!! I called my brother-in-law who has an old college buddy who is a plumber and they sent someone over right away.

Well low and behold, my brother-in-law's plumber friend told me that Leak Free was charging way too much and that most of the problems they said were there didn't even exist. He actually showed me a video and explained it to me. I could see that the water was running just fine through my pipes.

So needless to say I fired these scammers and had a reputable plumber finish the job.

I think it's disgusting that these guys tried to pull one over on me, probably because I am a woman. They must have thought since I'm a woman that they could play a fast one on me and cheat me out of my hard earned money.

Not to mention he had a really arrogant attitude to boot. I wouldn't trust these guys as far as I can throw them.

Aram is the absolute best! My wife and I have had Leak Free do work on two of our homes. Fair price, excellent work, and they are really fast. Both were big jobs (replacing all piping beneath one house and repairing a connection to the City's main line on the other). Can't recommend highly enough.

The guys at Leak Free were very attentive to our problems and ended up solving an issue that had plagued our home for a decade.

We were suffering from constant clogs in two of our bathrooms - and calling in a plumber to clear it was a repeated expense - worse because it often required entry through our roof.

They ended up doing a (sonar?) examination of our undeground pipes and found that the roots clogging them were readily accessible. They brought in a team, worked all day, and replaced the destroyed pipes - all at a very reasonable cost. So far, we have had no problems, even at times we'd otherwise expect to. It is so nice to have people who don't just fix something temporarily and leave but who are committed to working with their customer to get - literally at the root of the problem.

Highly disappointed. These gentlemen were supposed to order a replacement part and call me back to confirm a day and time to install it. I never received a callback or any kind of follow-up. I think this was too big of a job for them and they didn't want to admit that. I would have been totally fine if they were completely honest so I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting on them.

Just fantastic!! I called on a Friday and they came within a couple of hours! Extremely professional and above all HONEST!! Ash came to check my plumbing and educated me during the whole process! He was good enough to tell me everything was good and I did not need the work I thought!! Really?! I so appreciate your help Ash and would recommend you and the company to anyone and everyone!!
