We moved into an old house in Glassel park with major issues in the main sewage lines. Aram and Steve dealt with these efficiently and explained every step of the way what the problems were and what our options were to fix them. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found that I had a problem with my sewer when I noticed that the lid of my clean out in the yard had popped off and there was a lot of paper around it. I had my usual rooter plumber come out and he used his camera and said that there were roots in the pipe from the clean out to the street. I asked about how it was from the clean out to the house and he said there was no need to check. He gave me a price for removing the part that he had scoped. When I checked later I found that he had no construction license to do that kind of work so I cancelled our work appointment.

My neighbor told me that he had used Leak Free and was pleased with the work they did so I called them. They came out within 2 hours and did a complete camera review. They found the area from the clean out to the street, but also checked the part from the clean out to the house. What I saw on that camera amazed me with the amount of roots in that part of the sewer. They suggested that the whole system be replaced with a trenchless method. What they explained sounded very efficient to me. They were licensed with a clean record. I also checked the reviews on Yelp.

We made an appointment for the work and they arrived on time. Aram, Stephen, and Roberto couldn't have been more polite or efficient. I watched the whole procedure and took pictures at each stage of the process. They left my yard as clean as they could considering all of the digging that was involved. They moved my clean out to a more efficient place as well.

It has been 6 weeks since the work was done and I do not notice any problems at this point. I would certainly call them again if I have a future plumbing issue.

We have used this company twice in one month. Very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism. We had a leaking valve in an upstairs shower that was causing water damage on our ceiling in living room. They figured out the problem and got it fixed. Two weeks later, we had blockage in our downstairs drains. Turns out there were tree roots growing into clay sewer pipes and they got that fixed for us. Prices were very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would. Ash, Aram and Steve. I would use them again in a New York minute.

I've been a homeowner for about three years now and we've had plumbing issues about a dozen times. One of the charms of buying an older home.

Anyway, for the first few years I was using another 5 star plumbing company on yelp until one time they misdiagnosed something and made my problem worse while charging me an arm and a leg.

So I decided for a change and tried Leak Free. Boy am I glad I did. No one wants plumbing issues. But if you do have them Ash and Aram are just awesome. They do incredible work in a timely manner and are very reasonable compared to what's out there. They are the kind of guys I'd grab a beer with, which says a lot.

We had some plumbing issues with our house that we've been putting off because it's so hard to find reliable contractors or, in this case, plumbers. We called a few other companies listed in Yelp and got a few quotes but we just weren't convinced with their estimates or their integrity. So, we kept putting it off...
Finally, we called Leak Free and after talking to him a few minutes we made an appointment. Ash showed up and we were surprised from the minute he showed up. He had a great attitude. He was prompt. He was thorough and he gave us a very competitive price.
We didn't have to think it though like with the other guys.
He got to work on the spot!
Some of the work included strapping down some pipes under the house that were making noise. When he was finished, we paid him for his work and he was already leaving but then he thought he heard a noise somewhere and he decided to tripple check where the noise was coming from. Most contractors would just take off after having the check in their hand.
We felt confident in his work and would definitely use him again!
It's been now a good 6 months since he fixed our plumbing issues and so far all is well.

I have used Leak Free on three occasions now. They are reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced. My best experience was when they immediately came over to help an elderly neighbor because she had a leak. They came over in 20 minutes and fixed the leak. Their prices also are what they say they will be. I have never received a price hike. Great company.

These guys are fantastic! I am long overdue on writing this review.
About 2 and a half months ago Steve, Aram, and their crew really took care of us.

We had just purchased a new home in Highland Park, and knew we had to find a plumber soon as our inspection turned up original cast iron sewer lines that most definitely needed replacing. As it was an expensive job we looked around to try to find a better deal than our plumbing inspectors had quoted. Steve was the person who answered my call. I must say they are all EXTREMELY thorough.

They inspected, quoted, and started the job within a few days. We were to have all of the cast iron replaced, a new clean out installed, and the clay pipe connection to the city lined. There were other things such as venting issues for our main bathroom, and replacing a garbage disposal, that they took care of with no extra cost. He said that they would already be there working, so adding those items to the list was not an issue. Top notch.

Once they started the job, they found that the connection from our line to the city line was roughly 10-11 feet down under the driveway. They had to dig past the gas line and work around quite a few obstacles to get just that portion of the job done. They did not charge us extra for this, even though it was much more work than expected. Steve 100% worked with any concerns and hiccups we had with what needed to be done and the cost of it.

To round it all off, they are just plain good people. Real people. You can tell they care. Aram didn't seem bothered one bit that I sat with him as he installed our new garbage disposal. He was explaining everything to me, and we discovered that the last person who put the now-broken disposal in had used silicone caulk to seal the top ring to the cast iron sink. He said it was the first time he had ever seen that (explained how idiotic it was), and was afraid of cracking our sink to get the old ring off. He took extreme precaution and after a while of working it he got it to budge. Rather than just throwing the new one on, he FULLY cleaned all the little silicone bits off until the sink looked new. He then made sure when putting the new ring down, that the lettering lined up symmetrically. I could have continuously shaken his hand.

They fully clean up after everything they do, answer any and every question you may have, and make sure that everything is safe for the neighborhood if they have to leave anything overnight (as for us we had a giant hole in our driveway in a neighborhood with lots of curious kids and they made sure it was fully covered). For any single ladies out there, I was home by myself the entire time the guys were working. Rest assured there will be no funny business or unprofessionalism with these guys.

These guys were badass! They were so straight up about what needed to get done and know they saved us tons of money in the long run. We also had a shower valve that needed to be fixed and their brother cam right away with great recs and funny service:) They worked really hard to get it done in time for our guests coming to Thanksgiving dinner. Cool guys too:)
