I am a retired licensed general contractor with over 40 years experience. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Once in awhile you get excellence. Integrity did everything they said they would do and then some. Joe made an appointment to see our home. He was right on time, walked around for less than 30 minutes, explained what he would do and gave me a very fair price to do the work. I would typically get 2-3 bids, but I was so confident in Joe, that I signed up on the spot. We were out of town while the work was being done and expected to come home to delays and lots of plaster dust, etc. The work was done on time and our home was remarkably free of dust. All the drywall textures matched the original perfectly. I had 7-9 areas to paint. With Integrity I got quality, price and service. In my experience, you can typically get any two of the three, but it is difficult to get all three.
I manage two rental properties that will soon be ready for repipe. It is good to know that I can call Joe with confidence that the work will be done right.

These folks did our home in Lake Forest about three (3) years ago. Neat, tidy, patched holes, and prepped areas for painting . . . as they said they would. There're been no issues with the work they did. Because of that good experience, we have just had them back to do a house my wife owns in Mission Viejo. Slab leaks don't get better. Repipe is best, and so is Integrity Repipe. NOTE: Their previous employee, Ken Chung, is passing himself off as still with Integrity. He is not. Avoid this guy, he lies.

I was referred to Integrity Repipe through a contractor that has done a lot of work for me over the years; Integrity handled the repipe of his parents house. The price quoted was reasonable and actually less than I expected.
They had the repipe done in one day and I was a little concerned with the amount of holes in the walls. The patch team came a couple days after the repipe and did a great job on the patchwork and the texture match was excellent. NOTE: you will be responsible for repainting your walls and ceilings - they tell you this upfront.
If you have older pipes or have experienced slab leaks, i highly recommend Integrity Repipe.

five years ago we had Integrity- Repipe our older rental home in Long Beach. They promised a lifetime warrantee. These guys(Brian) are faithful to their promises, The tenants called us to complain about a knocking in the pipe. especially in the bathroom. When Brian could not release his crews to do a repair (after hours, because the tenant said it had to be after he got home from work or on a weekend) this company does not work on weekends and the re pipe crews have full 8 hour days. So, Brian hired an independent plumbing company (at no cost to us) and who worked after hours. This company re-strapped the pipes and changed our cartridge's that sometimes go bad after 5 years. The plumbing is now perfect. And there was never any discussion about compensation. 5+ stars

This company was amazing. After having two slab leaks in 18 months we knew that repiping was the way to go. We had 3 companies out for quotes, and then decided on Integrity Repipe. It was all done in 4 days (2 days were for city inspectors to come check and sign off on the work). I'll have to say I was so scared seeing all the holes cut out all over the house and how the drywall and re-texturing would go. I didn't want looks of patches all over my house. When it was all said and done we have no leaks, and you would never know I had holes everywhere.

Absolutely the worst contractor I've ever worked with. The work was shoddy, they left a mess on my interlocking paving stones that I can't remove and eventually just abandoned the job. The field manager insisted that the exposed PECS pipe in the garage was to code even after the inspector told him it was not. I was forced to hire another company to come in and finish the work.

RB in San Diego: I found Integrity easy to work with. They finished a repipe at my home last week. They got the city permits/repiped on day 1/City inspector the next day/Drywall 3rd day/City inspector the 4th day.

My wife and I had an amazing experience earlier today. As a bit of background, we plan on redoing the plumbing in our home and after vetting several re-piping 'specialists'--all tin men--we finally met an honest/very capable contractor. His name is Joe Ludlow, the founder/owner of Integrity Repipe. Unlike the other folks we met with who all claimed to be fully integrated Joe's firm is. He has a 25 year track record, 32K re-pipes, a high CSI and employees (vs. outsourced contractors) who actually do the work. His firm is no boiler-room. The amazing part of our get-together is after spending considerable time together, Joe recommended a process other than a full pex repipe for our home. He was nice, knowledgeable and lives up to the old adage Honesty saves everyone's time. Before you award a job to one of those so-called repipe specialists, you should talk with Joe. Integrity Repipe came in after our usual plumber ripped huge holes in the wall, then walked out saying he is a plumber not a re-piper.

Integrity Repiping re-piped the entire 3500 sq ft home in 1 day! Day 2 was patching their few holes plus all the holes the plumber made. Day 3 was texturing and they were done.

Excellent work! Highly recommend! Less expensive than the plumber was going to charge me too!

OK here's the nuts and bolts of the job no B.S. About me, I needed a repipe on my home it was built in 1968. Brian that runs Integrity repipe is a straight guy no song and dance. Great workers his guys are pros. Great patch work. He pulls permit on the repipe from the city so the city does look over his work (pass on 1st inspection) also I do know a lot about home repair and construction. I wish I could say that I could do a better job (NOT!!) When I call him he always answers. I got lucky that I found Brian. Very happy with the job and he workers.Thank You. Disclosure I am not in any way a family member!!!
