RB in San Diego: I found Integrity easy to work with. They finished a repipe at my home last week. They got the city permits/repiped on day 1/City inspector the next day/Drywall 3rd day/City inspector the 4th day.

My wife and I had an amazing experience earlier today. As a bit of background, we plan on redoing the plumbing in our home and after vetting several re-piping 'specialists'--all tin men--we finally met an honest/very capable contractor. His name is Joe Ludlow, the founder/owner of Integrity Repipe. Unlike the other folks we met with who all claimed to be fully integrated Joe's firm is. He has a 25 year track record, 32K re-pipes, a high CSI and employees (vs. outsourced contractors) who actually do the work. His firm is no boiler-room. The amazing part of our get-together is after spending considerable time together, Joe recommended a process other than a full pex repipe for our home. He was nice, knowledgeable and lives up to the old adage Honesty saves everyone's time. Before you award a job to one of those so-called repipe specialists, you should talk with Joe. Integrity Repipe came in after our usual plumber ripped huge holes in the wall, then walked out saying he is a plumber not a re-piper.

Integrity Repiping re-piped the entire 3500 sq ft home in 1 day! Day 2 was patching their few holes plus all the holes the plumber made. Day 3 was texturing and they were done.

Excellent work! Highly recommend! Less expensive than the plumber was going to charge me too!

OK here's the nuts and bolts of the job no B.S. About me, I needed a repipe on my home it was built in 1968. Brian that runs Integrity repipe is a straight guy no song and dance. Great workers his guys are pros. Great patch work. He pulls permit on the repipe from the city so the city does look over his work (pass on 1st inspection) also I do know a lot about home repair and construction. I wish I could say that I could do a better job (NOT!!) When I call him he always answers. I got lucky that I found Brian. Very happy with the job and he workers.Thank You. Disclosure I am not in any way a family member!!!

So this is long overdue update..
Integrity Repipe did fix the leak, the walls and our floor after I posted my 1 star review. They sent out Christopher and Christopher, and a lady (sorry can't recall her name). I would have left them with 3 stars because I shouldn't have had to replace my wood floorings in the first place.

Fast forward to now, when we had our roof replaced on Friday. The workers claimed there was a leak above our kitchen. Of course I call Integrity Repipe to have them check it out. Carlos comes out on Saturday and finds our roofers punctured a pipe and tried to cover it up by making a makeshift bandaid over their booboo. Carlos definitely redeemed himself and saved us from a future headache. THANKS CARLOS FOR TAKING CARE OF THAT!

As for those roofers...don't let Pedro from ELOR Energy touch your roof...

My property manager engaged Integrity Repipe for a complete repipe of a rental property. We had recently done foundation work and had a different vendor for plaster work, so did not include plaster work / closing up holes in the contract with Integrity Repipe. While they did the job within one day, as promised, the extent of the holes they made in the walls was far in excess of the amount and size of holes for which they set our expectations. From the pictures I saw of the holes made by the Integrity Repipe team, my assumption was that they worked with a mindset of 'we won't have to close up these holes, so rather than focus on the minimal hole size to get the job done, let's make the job easier on ourselves and let the other vendor close up large holes in the wall.'

When my property manager reached out to Joe, the owner of Integrity Repipe, to question the size of the holes and discuss whether a price adjustment was appropriate, given the multiple thousands of dollars of additional wall repair required, Joe's response was hostile, requesting that we provide a job specification, expressly requesting one signed by him (referring to himself in the 3rd person, which reads like he has sent the same text to other customers in the past), that defined the exact size, number, and location of holes to be made in the wall. Additionally, he defined his response email as a 'demand letter for full repayment of the repipe.' In a follow-up phone call, according to my property manager, he threatened to 'slap a lein on the property if we did not pay in full.'

To be clear, we requested an adjustment given the extensive holes and clean-up required and at no time did we hint that we would not pay in full (requesting an adjustment is NOT a threat to refuse payment - it is a request amongst adults to reconsider the terms of an agreement based on the quality of the work product provided).

As a result, based on my current view of Joe as a businessman, I would never consider working with him or any company with which he is affiliated.

These guys do a really good job of replacing your pipes. They do it all in one day and it's very professional. But the crew that we got for the cleanup left a little to be desired. They left a pretty good mess, did not patch well so we're going to have to redo some of it before we paint, and damaged our hardwood floor. But Instead Integrity was great about quickly coming in and fixing all of the issues.

Joe is a good salesman but an extremely dishonest plumber. Do not trust him . Call around and educate yourself before you fall for his lies and exaggerated claims.

This company lived up to its promise and more. Reasonable price and we had water 6 hours after they began the job.
After the building inspection, they sent out a fantastic drywall repair man who did a remarkable job.
We are very happy and will refer this company to as many people as will listen!

I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to write a review for Integrity Repipe. At the end of September, we had a slab leak in our Lake Forest home with one unexpected delay after another. We scheduled and cancelled the repipe with Integrity numerous times. Joe was patient and promised he would work with us. When we finally had a date, with one day notice, Joe's team was at our home at 8 am in the morning. The entire team was friendly, professional and worked hard to finish the job in one day. The next day, I request a permit be pulled and it was at my door in an hour. Inspection passed the following morning. The gentleman who completed the drywall patching did an excellent job and very nice to work with as well. And then there was Joe's daughter, Heather, who collected the payment. She was so sweet, kind and willing to help in any way. I must say that our difficult experience was made a little easier due the fantastic experience with Integrity Repipe.
