I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to write a review for Integrity Repipe. At the end of September, we had a slab leak in our Lake Forest home with one unexpected delay after another. We scheduled and cancelled the repipe with Integrity numerous times. Joe was patient and promised he would work with us. When we finally had a date, with one day notice, Joe's team was at our home at 8 am in the morning. The entire team was friendly, professional and worked hard to finish the job in one day. The next day, I request a permit be pulled and it was at my door in an hour. Inspection passed the following morning. The gentleman who completed the drywall patching did an excellent job and very nice to work with as well. And then there was Joe's daughter, Heather, who collected the payment. She was so sweet, kind and willing to help in any way. I must say that our difficult experience was made a little easier due the fantastic experience with Integrity Repipe.

Integrity Repipe completed the re-pipe of my two story home in just 7 hours, and the drywall repair work was done two days later in just 5 hours. The work was done correctly and their people were courteous and professional. They described the work to be done and then what they did after it was done, and they did their best to reduce the dust and dirt. After I painted the few walls and ceilings that had several holes in them, you cannot tell that a re-pipe was even done! Highly recommend this company.

I can't even tell you how incredibly happy my husband and I are with Integrity Repipe! They went above and beyond our expectations! We had several pinhole leaks at our duplex over a few years, and dreaded having to have a repipe at the property with tenants living there. We checked out all the reviews for repiping, and saw Integrity Repipe had a lot of great reviews. We called and the owner (Joe) answered the phone, and answered all our questions, and set up an appointment to come out to the property to give us a bid. Joe explained everything and made us feel more at ease. Our big questions were how long is our tenants going to be without water, and how long will the whole project take. One of our tenants have a baby so it was a big concern for us to make it as easy as possible for them. Joe told us we would have the water turned off for probably 8 hours, and the repipe would be done the same day, and drywall repair would be another day. We thought that was a very reasonable time frame, and frankly after 30 years of being through lots of remodels, we have learned that it almost always takes longer than what you're told, but we could tell Joe knew what he was talking about. We hired them to repipe the property with PEX, and they had the whole duplex done in like 5 hours. The next day we had the city inspection, and the day after that the drywall repair. You can't tell where they did the drywall repair- their guys are awesome! The workers were friendly and professional, and honestly they couldn't have done anything any better. Everything was a breeze with this company from the very beginning. This was a much dreaded job we kept putting off, and would of done it years ago if we knew how easy it was to do. The price was cheaper than our other bids as well. If you need a repipe you will not be disappointed if you go with Integrity Reipe.

Integrity made the solution to our slab leak as painless as possible! Yes, a slab leak is inconvenient and costly, but having the right company to repipe makes it bearable. The project manager came to our home and explained the process, along with bringing samples of the product to be used. The crew that came to do the re-piping was respectful, friendly and considerate of the intrusion this kind of work is on a family. Yes, it is messy and for a short time our house looked like Swiss cheese, BUT, the team prepped and vacuumed after they were done. They made sure everything was in working order before they left. The next team arrived to patch & texture the holes. They worked hard and did a great job! Again they were respectful of us and our home. What a difference a week makes! Glad we are on this side of it and appreciative for Integrity Repipe getting us here so quickly!

A slab leak is not a thing you look forward to experiencing, especially when you have to shuffle among your work schedule, the kids' school schedule, and, of course, the terrible fact of shutting the main water valve to your home.

As we live in Aliso Viejo (or A-LEAK-O Viejo) your time will come soon for a slab leak as we our homes were built around the same time and the builder used the same thinner copper pipes. First off, when your home springs that first leak, please consider a full house repipe and do not prolong the inevitable by just addressing the one leak (lesson learned). Now once you start looking for a company please remember this review and the company who took care of our repipe: Integrity Repipe.

You will most likely come across two to three contenders when you ask for referrals. Integrity Repipe stood out among the other local repipe companies primarily because of its warranty fine print ...and this is where another key element of our decision making popped out: being educated by Ken from Integrity Repipe.

What great about Ken is he doesn't bad mouth any of the competitors and he doesn't have any smoke and mirrors to get you to sign with Integrity Repipe. Ken will explain the process with you over the phone, stop by your home with a thorough education of their process, and what you should ask the competing firms, in order for you to make your decision. At the end of the day it's your home, Ken at Integrity Repipe is there to educate you so you are comfortable with the answers you receive from all the repipe firms. Again, he does not need to push you into signing, as he encourages you to contact the other firms and ask questions that will help you rest easy at night that you made the right decision. Trust me... after speaking with Ken at Integrity Repipe, you will know a LOT more about the repipe industry than you ever thought you would!

Short story of our repipe: we went with PEX because why go back to copper, right? The crew came through our home and turned the walls into Swiss cheese, routed the PEX throughout, and sealed the drywall like nothing happened.

""Like nothing happened"" ...

After Ken educated my wife and me it was a no brained to get our repipe project on the road. Albert is THE MAN! With his many years of experience in the field, and the numerous homes he's worked on, this ""pro of prop"" answered our craziest curious questions about repiping, in addition to just being an all round cool dude. Albert and his crew was able to repipe our entire home in a day. Now even after Albert's efficient work there comes the official city inspection. Kevin was instrumental in securing our permit and scheduling our inspection, a process that's tedious, necessary...and made run like clockwork thanks to Kevin!

Once we received the final sign off from the city inspector, Heather made sure the drywall crew was scheduled right away. Wow, remember when I mentioned our home was made to look like Swiss cheese? We knew when we first met the crew of Jesé/Pablo/Nancy that our home would look as close to normal possible. Jesus saw a roughed-in section on our kitchen ceiling (from a previous pinhole leak just months back) and he just ""didn't like the work"" as it wouldn't blend in correctly with the work he was going to do on all 50-60 holes that Albert's crew cut through. To me that signaled Jesus was very much about high quality work. From Nancy prepping the carpets and flooring, to Jesus and Pablo drywalling all the holes, by the time they textured the areas you could NOT tell we had all these holes throughout the walls and ceilings! What an amazing job!

From the moment we spoke with Ken, and the superb team effort by Kevin, Albert, Heather, Jesus, Nancy, and Pablo, we could feel this day would arrive where my wife and I MUST provide a stellar review for others to be made aware of a wise choice to select Integrity Repipe!

My 50 year old house needed a full repipe to get rid of problematic copper pipes. Integrity was prompt and unbelievably quick. They removed and installed all the water pipes in a two unit duplex in one day! I was amazed. They drywalled and textured everything on the second day and it was done. Two day total. Joe from integrity came and inspected the job and noticed a bad bathroom tub faucet and replaced it at no extra charge. A great experience overall.

I called Mark from Morrow Plumbing because I had a leak under the slab and Mark came over and he told me that he doesn't do repipe of the whole house and he recommended
Integrity Repipe, Joe cane over the next day and I gave him the job to repipe the whole house
after a couple days 5 guys came over to repipe, I was impressed they did the repipe in 7 hours, They installed the pex pipe in the attic where I told them to install the pex pipe, they covered all the floor where thy were working and they were very clean.
Integrity Repipe took out a permit for the work at Laguna Hills city hall and the inspector came over and he passed it the first time.
After two days 4 workers came over to patch the drywall and the stucco and they too covered the floor where they where working and the did a very good job with patching the drywall and matching the existing texture.
Entegrity Repipe send me a certificate that the repipe is guaranteed for life and if I sell the house, it is transferable to the new owner. I will recommend Integrity Repipe to my friends and family.
