Such a great company to work with. I called and spoke to Adenna and told her I was experiencing problems in more than one commercial property and she was so easy to talk to, even made me laugh. JC and his crew came out to see exactly what is going on in the bathrooms and kitchens. He made everything very clear on what needed to be done and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The service I received from him and his team was impeccable. They told me everything that needed to be fixed and scheduled us in right away. The crew was very polite and I appreciated how they had masks and gloves to protect the tenants. We will definitely use Leading Edge Plumbing in the future. Thank you everyone!!

terrible customer service and disrespectful workers!!!! you would think they would do better during a pandemic.

Slow service and workers do no communicate effectively what is going to be done. They cut off your water with NO NOTICE and no estimates for finishing!!!

Do not use!!!!!

The workers are extremely confrontational with TERRIBLE work ethic. The worker who displayed the most disappointing service was named Adrian, I believe. He told me it was illegal to write bad reviews....

Outstanding job! Clean and professional. Very responsive and communicated well before appointment. Scheduled a hydrojet service that needed to be upgraded to a full pipe replacement because of a severe root intrusion on a drainage pipe. Doug and Oscar put in a lot of hours work to clear and replace the infested pipe - they did an excellent job and went above and beyond to fix things. Pictures show the size of the roots that were causing the problems. After replacing 20' of pipe they cleaned up the area and made it look like nothing had been dug up in the area.

We are grateful for the excellent service provided by Julio Prera today. We used Yelp to get a few estimates and Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter had a very good price, arrived quickly and Julio talked us through the job and was so professional. He unclogged a toilet that we had worked on for days. Very safe and sanitary. We will use this plumber again!

Somehow there was miscommunication re my plumbing needs, the reply/response time, and the arranged quote was WAY overpriced. BUT Yefri, the technician, realized the situation and charged accordingly!
I was quite pleased!
I may have him come back w/ an estimate for another job next week.

My only real complaint, which I have w/ most companies, is this protocol of calling customers by their 1st name. They think it's to be personable & friendly. NO..... you are providing a service to the customer, MR, MRS or MS is always the proper way to address a customer. HE/she gives the OK to call by his/her 1st name. Formal politeness is the way to go.

Overall, though the company gets 3.5 stars
YEFRI gets 5.5 stars.....

I had an emergency this evening with my Kitchen sink..right before Thanksgiving. Not what I needed right now. I called the office and spoke the a lady. Very professional and super friendly. Told me not to worry that she would have someone come out to see me. Felix came to the rescue. Very professional and friendly. Explained everything and told me not to worry. He did took care of the problem. Very happy with the service and now I have a new Plummer to call when I need help. Thank you again for coming at the last minute.

I discovered Leading Edge Plumbing a few years ago and they do such excellent work, I've given all of my plumbing business to them for life. Recently, I had a problem with knocking copper pipes and called them for an estimate and ultimately the job. I got technician Yefri T to work on the pipes. Yefri was patient, meticulous, and efficient in his research of the problem. He secured all of the pipes that were causing the problem doing an excellent job of solving the problem. Great work guys. I will always call Leading Edge and recommend the company to everyone. Thanks again for solving my problems.
