Steve is awesome! Honestly his price was really fair. Similar to other plumbers. When I mentioned that I really didn't have the money to do the job and asked if it might be something I can do in my own, he said it's possible if you're handy and offered any assistance I needed if I did it myself. Who does that?!!! He didn't get a single cent for the job but helped me to do myself and knew the answers to everything I asked. That tells you what kind of guy he is! If I have any job that I can't manage in my own you can bet I'd be calling Steve to get it done for a fair price and properly.

After reading the negative reviews on this company, I still went ahead and scheduled a quote from them for plumbing services for my home. When they arrived, their quotes were the highest that I had ever gotten in comparison to two other estimates that I had recently received. The other Reviews are correct. They will offer a 10% off, but their rates are so high that the 10% doesn't even bring it anywhere close to any other plumber. Listen to the other honest negative reviews of this company, they are accurate, and go with another either a local plumber or a different plumbing company because this company is truly a scam.

Steve did a great job - I'd tried another plumber who came out twice and just made my leaking bathroom faucet much worse, so I tried Leading Edge. Steve came out, thoroughly evaluated the problem, fixed it, and was completely transparent about what he was doing, how much it would cost, and how he would fix it. The repairs were speedy and complete. My bathroom sink is better than it has been since I moved in. I definitely recommend Steve with Leading Edge!

Called this scam company for a quote, and when they showed up it was astronomical rates with ""10% off"" offer. Do NOT use this company. I hired a different company and got much better deal and amazing customer service. I've had two other people call this company with same experience. Saving you the headache and disappointment of both price and customer service. They're awful.

Called them on Sunday for toilet clog. Came out within a hour 1/2. Guy was professional and clean. Paid over 200.00. That same night could tell issue still going on. Called Monday morning they sent someone else by mid day. Company had nerve and audacity to charge me 169.00 more for literally 5 minutes. As a matter of principle and good customer service I can't recommend.
