Ivan was my service person today. I had a clogged toilet (with a deodorant stick in it) and he was absolutely wonderful. He is smart, efficient & I immediately trusted him. He created a tool to fish the item out of the toilet. I'm not one to typically write reviews but this guy is an expert and takes a lot of pride in what he does. JC is great! So helpful and professional. We had a tub drain that needed to be cleared out and also a toilet with a handle that was getting stuck. He replaced the necessary parts in the toilet and snaked the tub. He also gave me an estimate for a major job, re-routing some pipes on another home and I found his estimate to be comparable to others; he also explained what he would be doing. I really appreciated JC's approachability and another great thing about his company are the notifications they send you so that you know exactly when they are arriving to do the work! With other plumbing companies, I was always waiting around for someone to arrive within a long window of time and not really sure when they would actually be arriving-that was not helpful for my busy schedule. JC was also kind enough to also give me some recommendations for other workmen. Highly recommended!

Everyone at LeadingEdge went above and beyond to replace the 4"" clay lateral of my mid city 1920s home with trenchless pipe bursting technology. The city inspector bailed multiple times on final inspection because she was ""busy"" but the technicians maintained their tenacity and showed up every day until she finally came. Everyone was professional, and my property was cleaned up around the work area once the project was done. Will definitely work with LeadingEdge again on any main sewage line project.
