Leader Mechanical Services is dedicated to HVAC and plumbing work. We provide maintenance for all brands of HVAC systems. Additionally, we work on boilers, geothermal systems, heat pumps, and mini-split units. Founded in 1998, Leader Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business. Jeff Bates, the current owner, has been with Leader Mechanical since he was 15 and took over from his brother in 2017 at the age of 33. Leader Mechanical takes pride in honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. We live by the motto, “It takes a little more to be a leader!” We ensure every employee embodies these values and we go above and beyond for our customers.

My journey in heating and air conditioning began at 15 in 1999. It soon became more than just a job; it became a passion. I take pride in my work and embrace new developments in the HVAC and plumbing industry. A highlight of being an HVAC business owner is working with a variety of clients to meet their mechanical needs. I aim to give my all in every task and adhere to our core principles: honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. I genuinely believe it takes a little more to be a leader!
