Founded in 1998, Leader Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business. Current owner Jeff Bates began his journey with Leader Mechanical at 15 and took over from his brother in 2017 at 33. Leader Mechanical takes pride in honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. Our guiding principle is, “It takes a little more to be a leader!” We ensure every employee embodies these values and we go above and beyond for our customers.

I started in the heating and air conditioning field at 15 in 1999. It soon became more than just a job; it became a passion. I take satisfaction in my craft and stay updated on changes in the HVAC and plumbing sectors. One of the best parts of owning an HVAC business is collaborating with diverse clients and addressing their mechanical needs. I aim to give my all in every task and adhere to our core principles: honesty, quality, integrity, and expertise. I genuinely believe it takes a little more to be a leader!
