Very happy with the work done by Luis. Just a replacement of an existing faucet, but he responded immediately to my request for a quote. He was not the least expensive, but he was in the lower half of price quotes. And, it was a Friday and he said he could come over that afternoon if I would like. He had the job done in half an hour, and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again.

First never schedule a plumber who won't give you an estimate or minimum charge on the phone. You're probably talking to a Roto-Rooter call center and their charges were $100 more for the same job as LC.

LC returned my call promptly, scheduled my service the next day with a reasonable estimate. His plumber came earlier than expected, was polite, personable and efficient. What more could you want? Highly recommended.

I had a plumbing backup at 7 pm on a Sunday night. Luis was amazing, he was able to come that night and made sure everything worked and was truly fixed before he left. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. He even cleaned up around my clean out before he left.

I sent a message to Luis through Yelp and he responded right away and said he can be here in 30 minutes and he was right on time. He was very polite using all Covid precautions and got right to work. I thought the plumbing under my bath tub had a leak because I had two other companies come and clear the roots from the sewer in the last 4 months. Well Luis right away saw more roots that got missed by the others. I was expecting a huge charge but he was more than reasonable and doesn't try to rip you off. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. So call him when you need a plumber because this guy knows what he's doing. He's my go to plumber from now on. Thanks again Luis!
