We called a bunch of ""24 hour"" plumbers on a Sunday evening in a panic for an emergency backup at our house. All of our drains and toilets in our house were clogged and backing up. I got transferred to multiple call centers, and was waiting for different dispatch services to call me back. Then I found LC Real Rooter and Plumbing...Luis actually answered the call (no call center) and arrived at our house an hour later. He was efficient, courteous, took covid-19 precautions. He snaked out the pipes and the problem was solved quickly thereafter. There aren't enough words to explain how glad and relieved we were with his service. Highly recommend him.

Great company to do business with. Requested a quote on YELP and he came out within 1 hour..on a Sunday. Had a clog in the kitchen sink that we were not able to clear ourselves. We had a small leak that developed under our kitchen sink, and it wouldn't stop dripping. So we did the usual: prowl around on yelp to find a plumber; a bi-yearly affair for us. Most we've worked with have been fine, but some have been awful (one even caused a leak in the wall and cost a fair bit to cleanup). So there is always a little hesitation with the unknown, even when well reviewed. However, I'm so glad we found Luis on yelp. He is by far the best plumber I've every worked with. Full-stop.

He showed up on time, wore booties inside the house (and a mask of course), and even put a drop liner down in the area he was working. Given other experiences, this was greatly appreciated. When he was done, there wasn't a spilled drop of water anywhere. Incredibly tidy and efficient.

Not only did he complete the work quickly, he was happy to engage when I had questions, and gave competitive, no pressure bids about other work I was interested in having addressed. And when it turned out he had the necessary parts available in the van already, it was an easy decision to have Luis do the work. We ended up replacing the regulator on our water line which wasn't mitigating high pressure properly (getting 100 PSI!). The reduced stress on our plumbing has gotten rid of noisy pipes shaking in the walls, as well as, hopefully, preventing other water valves/hoses in the house from wearing out as quickly as our sink.

They say you can't buy peace of mind... but you can, and LC Rooter & Plumbing sells it. Ask for Luis.
