Excellent!

Was trying to contact another plumber who was too booked to even respond on Yelp, when Luis called me initiating contact. (Yelp throws the info-net out to help folks). I was stressed, frustrated at having to contact so many jokers who couldn't even pick up their damn phone. Talked to Luis, who calmly listened to my Fix-it list and offered to come out the next day.
Luis was calm, pleasant and professional on the phone.

He came on time, rotor-rooted my front pipe to street for a reasonable sum AND explained the process to me. He has invested in newer equipment which made the job easier for him and more efficient to complete the task.
I decided to use him for the rest of my plumbing issues.
Second day, back to do minor plumbing installations and fix a stubborn leak, Luis was steady, pleasant and Competent. All tasks done quickly for a reasonable sum.
My home has old pipes, debris got in them after the fixed leak, no fault but age. I called Luis and he came quickly the next day to clear pipes.

What a pleasure it is to rely on a Professional Plumber!
A stressful situation was erased by this excellent plumber! Hope you too reach out to him. (But not too much, he's gotta help me install a new water heater!)

It was really late in the day and we were going about our business when boom, the sewer overflowed in our house and let's just say that there was debris in our bathtub that should NOT belong there. Very happy with the work done by Luis. Just a replacement of an existing faucet, but he responded immediately to my request for a quote. He was not the least expensive, but he was in the lower half of price quotes. And, it was a Friday and he said he could come over that afternoon if I would like. He had the job done in half an hour, and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again.
