I had three outdoor faucets/hose bibs that were leaking. Luis replaced them quick and easy. I also asked if he would check out a horrible 'moaning' noise in our bath/shower pipes. He had no problem accommodating a quick inspection without extra charge. He also suggested I could save money by replacing a rubber washer myself.

Luis installed our water heater and had fixed a couple of things around the house. When it broke at 3pm, he said he'd be there the next morning, then canceled the next morning and was rude on top of it. What happened to customer service? Never again. Deserves zero stars.

Luis installed a 50 gallon gas water heater for us to replace a smaller failing unit that was about 20 years old.

He replied within minutes of asking about a quote, and when others failed to make their times, he arrived right when he said he would, and even did diagnostics for us to see if we really needed a new one.

There was no pressure to take his services and he let us think about it. When we decided to go for it, Installation was flexible and he got the whole thing done in about 5 hours within 2 days of agreeing to move forward.

He took care of hauling the new unit to us and hauling away all old parts. He even showed is how to troubleshoot the new unit if needed to save un-needed trips by a plumber. Excellent service!
