If I could leave 0stars I would I think one is too much . This guy Erick is the most flakey guy in the business he took advantage of my older mom . My mom contracted him to remove and install new shed . Didn't think much of it easy job but few months later the wood is rotting and shifting . This guy didn't know what he was doing and used wrong material . The worst part of that is after pretty much begging for him to come look at it after he said he's going to fix it and does nothing . He flaked twice on coming back to fix claiming he got hurt and then that his worker flaked on him . After all that he said he's going to refund us a portion of the money and now has ghosted us

Worst guy ever !! Don't use someone like this ! We all make mistakes and should be allowed to fix errors but this guy is a snake

Eric started out great, then went down hill. During our first meeting for an estimate, we discussed the work to be done. Electrical, lighting, mudding the walls, ceiling, and installing SPC flooring for our 750sf 1 bedroom condo. He said the work would be done in about 3 to 4 weeks. The price and time sounded great, so we agreed. 1st work was the electrical and lighting, everything went smoothly, but was not completed, we're told all little touches would be completed later. 2nd was the floor, which was the beginning of our nightmare. The flooring was a 5ft x 9"" SPC luxury vinyl flooring, purchased 42 boxes, 5 per box he said would be enough. Had big issues installing the pieces along the walls, had to remove and reinstall the whole floor a couple of times. Damaged the walls along the floor and went through numerous floor panels, trying to get them to fit. This took over a month and some of the connecting panels had gaps. 3rd was the walls and ceiling, wanted smooth with no texture, was told no problem. Mudding , sanding, drying over and over, again and again, every time making it worse. They would show up when they wanted to, not consistine maybe an hour or two, sometimes we wouldn't see them for days. I would call and text to ask whether if they would be coming today. I'd sometimes get a text back saying later on or tomorrow. False hopes and lies over and over. After all the dust, filth, tools and equipment everywhere for over 6 months. Living in our bedroom, with plans to move to living room once completed. We just had enough! I texted him and told him to gather his belongings, we were through. I lost a $1000 in advance for the bedroom, buying more and more materials to try and finish the job. He later confessed he lacked the experience for the job. I did fine someone who redid the floors, walls and ceiling in just 7 days. Eric is a nice guy but nice came at a cost and time.

EXCELLENT and prompt response on estimate. Showed up on time as promised. No delays, No excuses. ON TIME!!
Did small minor work for me such as installing to wall mounted flat screens and stereo receiver, turntable and speakers.
ERICK was professional and did all work nicely. I highly recommend his services.

We bought a home and hired Eric to replace three toilets, with the idea we would hire him for more work once we moved in. So he arrived over 30 minutes late...it happens. Not the first worker to do that, right? He wanted to drag the toilets, still in their boxes, across our newly installed hardwood floors. No, we can't have that. So he ""installs"" the three toilets. The seats were installed incorrectly and he didn't caulk the toilets because he said ""the floor was dirty"". OK...what's going on here? We needed him to install a new toilet valve; he said he needed to get the part & would return the next day. After multiple calls the next day he informed us he couldn't make it because of a ""family emergency"". We never heard from him again. I'm reading other reviews where he pulled the same disappearing act & am seeing a pattern. Whatever. We ended up finishing the work ourselves & hiring a guy who was much, much better to complete the rest of the jobs we had. What a disappointment. Anyways...he gets 2 stars for mostly doing the work we paid him $400 to do. Caveat emptor!

Eric and his partner came up on Monday to give us a quote and they were able to complete the job on Wednesday despite short notice. Price was fair and they did an excellent job on the finishing touches.
They repaired a couple of downed recessed lights we had in our house and as you can tell by the photos. Good as new
