We bought a home and hired Eric to replace three toilets, with the idea we would hire him for more work once we moved in. So he arrived over 30 minutes late...it happens. Not the first worker to do that, right? He wanted to drag the toilets, still in their boxes, across our newly installed hardwood floors. No, we can't have that. So he ""installs"" the three toilets. The seats were installed incorrectly and he didn't caulk the toilets because he said ""the floor was dirty"". OK...what's going on here? We needed him to install a new toilet valve; he said he needed to get the part & would return the next day. After multiple calls the next day he informed us he couldn't make it because of a ""family emergency"". We never heard from him again. I'm reading other reviews where he pulled the same disappearing act & am seeing a pattern. Whatever. We ended up finishing the work ourselves & hiring a guy who was much, much better to complete the rest of the jobs we had. What a disappointment. Anyways...he gets 2 stars for mostly doing the work we paid him $400 to do. Caveat emptor!

Eric and his partner came up on Monday to give us a quote and they were able to complete the job on Wednesday despite short notice. Price was fair and they did an excellent job on the finishing touches.
They repaired a couple of downed recessed lights we had in our house and as you can tell by the photos. Good as new

This guy is horrible!!! I contacted him and he said he would come out and do the job so I waited for him for 5 days thinking he was coming to start on the day he promised! When the day came for him to show up he kept saying he was on his way but never showed up, then he texted me back 2 hours later saying he couldn't come !! HE IS HORRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE HIM 0 STARS I WOULD!!! DONT USE HIM!!!!!

Eric and his partner were really great. He helped me with my garage remodel project. He listened to what I wanted and also provided me input from his experience and expertise as to what we should do and what would work. He worked quickly to get the job done and made sure I was happy with everything. The project turned out really well. Would definitely recommend working with Eric and will gladly work with him again.
