This company is a complete joke. We called to have them come out to service out water heater. Basically the only thing they offered was to replace it and i got a list of fees if they had to do any work vs buying a new $1700 water heater. It's an electric water heater but he didn't do any electrical work...um, so now what? I had to ask ""why did they send you""? We left it with that we're going to call someone else but just them coming out to do nothing is an $85 charge! Will nwver call them again.

While I have always had good experiences in the past, I purchased a service agreement for plumbing, electrical & Heating and air. Approximately 3 weeks after my HVAC was serviced and I was away at Mayo, the drain pan clogged and my house was flooded when we returned. Lazer does not consider cleaning the drain pan their responsibility, they said they ran water through the pipe on the outside of the unit, which obviously I can do, and the drain pan which may have collected debris when I had my ducts cleaned in 2017 is not part of their service. Apparently their service is limited to what can be easily observed on the outside of the unit. I obviously do not agree, I am writing the review, but you should know if you have them perform service this is perhaps not what you might expect for preventative maintenance. This caused nearly $10,000 in damage to my home, and I requested they reimburse me my deductible and the cost to have someone else do the service. They chose not to, and I choose not to use them for my future work or refer them to anyone I know, being in the construction industry myself.

Honestly the worst plumbing experience I've ever dealt with. First I call this company last Monday to come look at my toilet and they don't get me in until Friday. Secondly the plumber acted like he knew nothing when asked a question, didn't even know how much a snake would cost. Thirdly they charged $285 for a freaking snake that took two minutes to do, TWO MINUTES. I would not recommended this company to literally anyone and I will never use this company honestly ever again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with these people.

Called for estimate on electric for kitchen remodel. Charged me to come out and never provided the estimate to me. Ever other provider I called provided free estimates, so I feel a bit hosed that I'm out the money with nothing to show for it. They kept saying they had wrong email. I emailed them so they had the correct address and they still never provided an estimate. Not sure how other people conducted business with them when they don't even get back to you.

I have used this firm in previous applications without an issue but this one was a mess. Our furnace refused to start so I called Lazer and they sent a tech right over. That part was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then proceeded to give me a $1,400 quote to replace the defective part. He did not have this part on hand so he had to go get one. While he ran out to get this part I went online to do a little research about this part and found I could buy it at my local distributor for about $150 and the part could be installed within 30 minutes. I have no issue with a company making some money on a markup but $1,000??? I told the tech that I would find another solution - that I was no going to pay that much money for a repair that should cost a lot less. This one left a bad taste in my mouth.

I reached out them online and chatted with ""Terri"" She would not provide a straight answer. I refuse to pay someone for a service call just to get a bid for work I want them to do. Its not repairing and no troubleshooting is required.

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, a rep from Lazer called, apologized and offered us a $500 refund. Kudos to Lazer for doing the right thing, and kudos to the BBB.

similar experience to Douglas A. Budget was also mentioned and then the upsell started. $342 for a so called ""complete electrical inspection"". Electrician then installed a cracked GFI unit. When i called to resolve the issue, the Customer service manager was very condescending to me as a woman.

They did a great job installing my built-in dishwasher garbage disposal and plumbing my sink.
They also ran a new dryer vent
The guys are friendly and did a good job plus they cleaned up after themselves that's hard to find these days.

Had leak in toilet got ahold of Amanda at Lazer. My what a nice person to talk to. Explained my problem and she took it from there. I had a technician, Jake, out that evening. Showed him the problem, gave me the quote of what it would cost to fix. The quote was fair told him to fix. Half hour later the leak is gone toilet fixed. Jake did an awesome job. Very personable and I have Lazer and Jake on speed dial! Thank you Amanda and Jake you made my day.
