They came to fix a leak in the wall near the wash machine. The job was done, but they made such a big mess and didn't clean up well. Also they turned down the thermostat on the hot water heater to a temperature that made the hot water room temp without us asking. Good thing we know how to adjust that or we may have been charged for something that some homeowners do not know how to do

Nate arrived on time and prepared to install kitchen faucets, including one for our reverse osmosis system. He was quick, efficient, friendly. I later had concerns regarding the RO system faucet. He responded to my questions/concerns the very next day. The company is prompt with callbacks and Nate was oustanding in plumbing skill and knowedge!

Today we had Jerry come over to work on our HVAC system. He did an incredible job getting that squared away.

We've had Lazer out a few times and they are incredible to work with. Not only for HVAC but also electrical. They installed my central air unit and rewired most of our house.

I'd highly recommend them not only for timely service but for amazing customer service.

I'd recommend joining their Home Care Club, as well.

I wanted to get a quote for installing some new light fixtures on my patio area. It took them a month to come out. Then they called and asked if I was available in the next 30 minutes, so hardly any notice of when they'd come out. The two technicians admittedly had no idea how to do what I wanted and were at my house for 10 minutes and left. They then had the nerve to try to charge me a $70 service fee which I absolutely refused to pay. This business is a joke. Beware

Lazer Electric - Customers beware! This company charges extremely high prices! Tech was at my house for plumbing project for 1 1/2 hours (45 minutes worth of work) and charged $651.00. I had to have hook up done again, same service and charge was $98. There charges are excessive.... use extreme caution and look elsewhere.

I filed a better business bureau claim and the company is not reasonable to deal with.

Overpriced! Wanted someone to install a water softener that we had purchased. First thing they asked was could we return it. Wanted to sell and install their own brand. Then quoted price of nearly $800. When we said no, asked how much we thought the job should cost. Alarm bells! Tried to get someone else to quote the job, but no responses until the day they were scheduled to do the install. After quoting $500, with add-ons, service agreement (not wanted) and trip fees, the cost was closer to $700, for a job that took about 2 hours and not much for parts. They did not install the bypass valves that they said were needed, but otherwise the install itself seems fine after about a month. Try to find someone else. It will save you money.

This company is a complete joke. We called to have them come out to service out water heater. Basically the only thing they offered was to replace it and i got a list of fees if they had to do any work vs buying a new $1700 water heater. It's an electric water heater but he didn't do any electrical work...um, so now what? I had to ask ""why did they send you""? We left it with that we're going to call someone else but just them coming out to do nothing is an $85 charge! Will nwver call them again.

While I have always had good experiences in the past, I purchased a service agreement for plumbing, electrical & Heating and air. Approximately 3 weeks after my HVAC was serviced and I was away at Mayo, the drain pan clogged and my house was flooded when we returned. Lazer does not consider cleaning the drain pan their responsibility, they said they ran water through the pipe on the outside of the unit, which obviously I can do, and the drain pan which may have collected debris when I had my ducts cleaned in 2017 is not part of their service. Apparently their service is limited to what can be easily observed on the outside of the unit. I obviously do not agree, I am writing the review, but you should know if you have them perform service this is perhaps not what you might expect for preventative maintenance. This caused nearly $10,000 in damage to my home, and I requested they reimburse me my deductible and the cost to have someone else do the service. They chose not to, and I choose not to use them for my future work or refer them to anyone I know, being in the construction industry myself.
