Horrible service. Hired them to fix a few minor things at my rental property and they charged my wife $700. A few days later the toilets they supposedly fixed wouldn't work. We called and left 5 messages without a return call. Renters were appropriately going nuts ... called ASAP today and they were out in 30 minutes and fixed all the mistakes Lawson had made. I am disputing the charges now ... pathetic. Maybe I was just unlucky as other rating seemed very positive which led to my decision. From now on I only call ""google guaranteed"" providers.

We've used their services twice now; a couple of months ago to replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet and today to replace a toilet. Both jobs were done properly, promptly and quickly. As promised, all plumbers who visited wore their masks, as did we.

Great service from Tanner. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask. Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it. After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate. He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive. However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place. (It had been like that since house of we built!) Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange. Really appreciate the effort and honest work. He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount. Installed new toilet correctly. Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

Had a tough time identifying where a leak was coming from in our walls, but their plumber took on the challenge and didn't give up until he found it. Did an excellent job and getting it repaired quickly.

Tanner with Lawson Family Plumbing was totally awesome. He wore his mask at all times and booties when he first got here.!! After that, he just work his mask but his shoes were clean so I did not press it. He was very professional and accommodating. He even let me watch what he was doing to clean the drains out. I had to get a new hot water heater as mine was leaking. JT came over and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and very professional. I have used Lawson before and I will continue to use them. They do a wonderful job and I feel that they are affordable compared to other plumbers.

Robbie from Lawson Family Plumbing helped us to repair a broken main water line. The work was challenging and required to install a whole new line around a tree. The work was done well, communication was good as well as punctuality. He made a great effort to avoid damaging some pavers and leave things as they were before. I recommend the service and will call them again any time. Robbie was very nice and helpful during the whole process.

Our sump pump recently died on us which--as anyone with a sump pump can tell you--is not a fun or pleasant problem to have. We called Lawson at 9am. They had a guy at our house within 90 minutes. By mid-afternoon, the old pump was hauled off and the new one was chugging along like a champion. This is the fifth or sixth time that Lawson came through for us with flying colors.

The plumber who helped us today--Robbie--was one of the best we've ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, and very, very good at keeping us in the loop. We never had to wonder what he was doing or why because he explained everything in layman's terms, and was crystal-clear about all our available options. Even better, he made a simple adjustment to the sump pump well that removed the ever-present stink of sewage from the pump room, which was an unexpected bonus. We couldn't be happier with his service.

Finally, Robby was great about wearing a mask and keeping socially distant while in our house, a very smart precaution for him as well as the rest of us. Bottom line: Lawson has nothing but the very best pros working for them. They'll be the first company we call the next time something goes wrong with our plumbing.
