I was having a tree removed from my front yard on a Saturday morning and the tree crew mistakenly broke the MAIN water line with their tractor. We were able to shut the water off at the meter. Hence, my family no longer had running water.
Lawson Family Plumbing was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and provided immediate temporary repairs to get my water back on for my children.
Lawson knew they had me over a barrel yet provided the repairs at a very reasonable price.

Update: The plumber from Lawson (Logan) is a true professional. The temporary repairs Logan provided was to hook-up a heavy duty line into my house to cover me for the weekend. Logan just dropped by today (Thursday) to check on the repairs. I had money-in-hand to pay for the temporary weekend repairs he provided. Logan refused to take my money. His primary concern was that my water was up and running with a new hard line. CLASS ACT!!

Look no further. These guys are honest, sincere, and trustworthy. They have my business for life!

5-Star and then some*.
Called Lawson Family Plumbing for quote on tankless hot water after seeing so many 5-star reviews on Yelp. Had already gotten phone estimate from another 5-star ""Family"" plumbing firm in same area. Lawson's estimate was ~20% lower because their guy VOLUNTEERED to suggest that they could use an adapter if our gasline was less than 3/4"" diameter instead of re-piping system with larger pipe, plus they sent a guy out for the estimate (other outfit declined to do that due to COVID). I called ""other Family"" to see if they could reduce price by using an adapter and they said ""no"". Lawson's plumber (Jason) did great job last Friday w/the install: careful, efficient, complete, and left garage cleaner than when he arrived.
*But wait...for the ""and then some"": Saturday morn the shower temp was not staying as warm as w/the old tank we had just removed, and I was having buyer's remorse. Called Jason and he arrived at the house 15 minutes(!) later (did I mention this was a Saturday?). Checked it out, explained intricate software regulation involved w/tankless system, suggested a slightly lower temp setting, and left saying ""see how it goes and let us know; we want you to be satisfied."" Have now tested it under many circumstances and it's working just fine. Great experience. BTW, the original gasline diam turned out to be 1"", i.e., even more than the minimum needed for tankless.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Lawson Family Plumbing. They are professional, have excellent customer service, and are quickly responsive. A while back we had them install two new toilets. We had issues with one of the toilets and they came back several times at no charge to help problem-solve the issues. A couple of days ago we noticed what we thought was a leak in our master bath shower and Lawson Family Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided suggestions to us for how to fix what is going on, even though the solution does not include needing plumbing services. We highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing!

About five days ago, I looked down and realized that a small amount of water kept pooling underneath the edge of my vanity. I thought that I had just washed my face too much, and that the water on the floor had simply dripped off of my arm and elbow when I stood up to dry my face off. Turns out that our floating vanity had a leak at the very back of it, and the water was running underneath the drawers to the front and then down onto the ground. My husband called Lawson Plumbing, as they had previously helped us with a situation involving our water heater. We were very impressed with their services then. And we were just as impressed with their services this time.

On this appointment, Cody showed up toward the beginning of the window of time for our appointment. After thoroughly checking out the situation on the sink, he informed me that he could repair it and not replace it, which would save us money. He gave us an estimate on the repair and promptly started working. He realized about halfway through that he did not have the part to fix the situation, so he left to grab one and returned quickly. When he was finished repairing the problem, he advised me he had been wrong about the estimate he gave to me. Without me even asking, he adjusted the price down so that it was closer to the original estimate. He was polite, thorough, and honest. Cody did a great job.

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged. Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak. We called them out to trouble shoot. They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199. They did a great job on the shower stem.

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again. In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

I had a GREAT experience with this company. I called them this morning about a leaky sink. They said someone would be out between 1-4. Dishaun was here at 1:15.... he was well-mannered and efficient and a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and Dishaun.

I call 6 AM told them I had a problem I had somebody out here by 8:30 AM for an out for better service Craig was very good very formal would definitely recommend Lawson Family. . Very happy with Lawson. Plumbing Craig show me what the problem is and what needed to be done to fix it I was very happy with the work he did not even tell that my property was touched I like to thank Craig and Larson plumbing doing a good job thx
