Called the company to set up a service call for my son's home. He had a leak in the garage coming from the upstairs bathroom. They were able to detect the leak in a matters of minutes. Scheduled to come back the next day to repair it as it was not an emergency. (Slow leak that was happening over a year) Scheduled day appt. came and no one showed. I phoned the office and they immediately sent Jason P. their field manager to come do the repair. They were extremely apologetic for the scheduling delay. Mentioned they had a water emergency for another client. Repair was finished and they discounted the bill. They went the extra mile and made me Happy Customer! Would certainly recommend you using them. Honest and professional.

Unfortunately, i had a leak from a previous job they did for me. They honored they're warrantly and provided great customer service. They have a short lead time for appointments, and the person they sent was on time and worked until the job was done. Will use them again for future jobs.

To paint the picture. It was Sunday morning and my wife text me to say that there is water under our washing machine. After some checking water was over spilling from our house drain from the washer. I called around I was glad to find that Lawson didn't charge an absurd amount of money for a Sunday emergency service call. They were able to get someone to my home that same day. The plumber showed up early was knowledgeable and fast. It was a great price and great service. I will definitely be using them in the future for my tankless water heater and my water softener. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Needed to have garbage disposal installed. Lawson Plumbing was able to get job done same day. Price for installing the garbage disposal was very reasonable. The gentleman who installed the disposal was very friendly and informative. He was courteous and made sure area was clean prior to leaving. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I found this plumber on yelp. My parents had a plumbing issue and I needed to find someone to help them as soon as possible. My mother called them they were prompt and came the next day. Their pricing is very reasonable their service is wonderful and they stayed until the job is completely done. It took over three hours to fix the problem and the technician never complained once. They charged my parents the original quoted fee even though the job took longer than expected. I can't express enough how much it means to have a company that you can count on with such great integrity. My mom was very impressed.

I'm a REALTOR so I sometimes need a quick bid for a buyer or seller on a plethora of different items ranging from loose faucets to Polybutylene re-pipes when we get the inspection back. I called Lawson Family Plumbing and they were able to get a technician out to give us a bid within hours and had the bid to us within minutes of the service call. It's hard to find responsive contractors in this day and age that's why I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We called on a Sunday and someone answered the phone! They scheduled a plumber for Tuesday to evaluate a couple of concerns. The plumber arrived promptly (early actually)! The service was performed same day (minor issues) and done. After previous experiences of home repair companies taking forever to call back, rescheduling us, arriving late and/or no showing it is always nice to find a company that is there when they say they will be. The rates seemed reasonable. We will cal them again next time we are in need.
