New to the company Rob came out to help replace our shower cartridge. Came in wearing a mask which I appreciated greatly since we have a sensitive kiddo. He did a great job explaining everything thoroughly and what needed to be done. I mentioned the Yelp coupon while making the appointment but forgot to mention it again while he was here so it was forgotten. Regardless, the estimate was affordable and honest! Definitely recommend Rob, he was fantastic!

They are awesome! Tracy in the office was very friendly and helpful. She had someone out right away! Terry was the plumber who came out . He was very knowledgeable and helpful and got the job done quickly! Very nice people. I will use them again!!!!

We've used Lawson Family Plumbing twice now - first for a shower cartridge repair, and most recently, for a replacement of our tankless hot water heater. Both times, we had knowledgeable, courteous plumbers that explained what they were doing and why. For the tankless heater, Nick provided an estimate for repair option and the replace option and explained both options well. He didn't pressure towards the replace option. We ended up going with the replace. The new Rinnai system is extremely quiet and we're looking forward to years of seamless and on-demand hot water. With both visits, our plumbers left the site spotless. They called 20 min before arriving, and the front office was courteous and helpful. I will be going back to Lawson in the future.

I have used Lawson in the past and thought they were wonderful. And they are still my first call for estimates. However my last 2 jobs I've gone with another company because these guys have gotten really expensive. I mean $300 to $400 over another 5 star company I used for my last 2 jobs. Yeah no. I'll still call but if I can get the same service and quality for cheaper then I'm going with the competition.

Jason, a licensed plumber from Lawson Plumbing, has been wonderful! I got a sink/faucet installation and a water line installation from him and could not be more pleased. Very professional, prompt, communicative, and helpful! Would highly recommend there work. No wonder they were referred to me via word of mouth.

Plumber showed up in mask and repaired broken solder joint on my sprinkler service line. He was polite, professional and very reasonably priced. I have used Kendall before and had similar great work. Also, I called at 8am, this was not an emergency I could shut water off to the leak but the job was done correctly by 10:30am the same morning. It doesn't get better than that.

He gave us brand recommendations and we are purchasing a new toilet. We are scheduling Lawson to install, as well as keeping them as our future service provider in the coming years.

My water heater started leaking Friday and my home warranty assigned Lawson Family Plumbing to my repair request.

Contact was made first thing Saturday morning and an appointment was set for later that day. The plumber was running ahead of schedule and contacted me to see if he could come early!

Jason arrived two hours early, and was VERY efficient. He identified the problem, was able to get in touch with my warranty company, got the work approved and was finished with the install, all within an hour. Afterwards, he took the time to explain the system to me as it had slightly different settings than my prior one.

Both people I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable, explaining the process for each step. I'd highly recommend them.
