Lawson Plumbing came out today to clear out a clog in my half master bathroom and they were done in no time at all. I plan to have them come back to install my bidet attachment and replace my shut off value which was recommended. I would say pricing is on the higher side but they do great work. I like that they email you the invoice and the pic of the work that was performed.

Lawson Plumbing is the best!!! Both Matt and Joe are miracle workers! they have replaced front yard sewer, replaced toilets, replaced sinks and R.O. systems, new water heater and Jetted out all my home's old pipes/traps to keep everything running smoothly in this 60 year old house. They are a Godsend!! It's hard to find a great contractor, let alone a good one. Lawson is superior!

We called Lawson Plumbing since we live in Gilbert and they had great reviews. Being family owned was a plus. We just put in a new floor and needed to have our new toilet installed. We had already removed our old toilet and the rusted flange. Everything was clean and ready to go. When we heard the cost we were a little taken back at $525 dollars but we were given a deal at $412. Being we had family coming into town and needed the work done we agreed to pay the $412. I did some research after and that cost across the board seems to be very high. We already purchased our toilet and paid over $200 for it plus a new flange. We thought we would save $ purchasing the parts but were told our flange was not good only to see the plumber had the same one. So he used his flange and double high wax ring. Then had to set in the new toilet which was one piece. He chalked around the base and was finished in an hour. The chalk could of been done better as it's starting to crack already. So far everything works well and there are no leaks. I think the job was way over priced so will make sure to get a couple estimates or do my research prior to agreeing to have the work done when I am questioning the price.

Of course over the last Thanksgiving weekend, our hot water heater went out. We were able to get in touch with Lawson and they sent somebody out the next day, even though we didn't have an appointment. That was Friday, and unfortunately all of the suppliers were closed. However they made room for us Saturday, obtained a new hot water heater, and put it in at the end of the day. Nick and Paul, I believe was his name, did a great job. I also learned a lot from Nick about hot water heaters in general while they were putting it in. Very personable and did a great job as they always have. This is not the first time that I have used Lawson and the reason I keep using the company!

Jake from Lawson family plumbing showed up earlier than appointment time which was great because I had other things to look at. Very personable and friendly answered all my questions. Toilet flange was rotted out, replaced flange, reseated toilet cleaned up everything did a great job. I asked about a reverse osmosis system and Jake said he could install that the same day. Did a great job on everything he did and cleaned up all of the mess. Did all this within 2 hrs. I thought the pricing was far for the work being done. Will use Lawson family plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs. GREAT JOB!!!!

Lawson Family Plumbing will always have my business. The owner replied back to me on a Sunday evening and the following morning they sent me a very knowledgeable plumber, Donald, who quickly diagnosed and fixed my kitchen sink major clog! Great job everyone!

I have no idea if their prices are the best (AKA cheapest) and I don't care. When you find a service provider you can trust, price becomes less relevant. (I think the prices are reasonable, to be fair.)

I just had service from Jason because of a leaky tankless water heater that they installed a few years ago. (He's also the one who replaced the water bib out front when it failed earlier this year.) It was barely out of warranty--of course--but Lawson repaired it for free all the same.

That's why I trust them: they're fair, stand by their work, show up when they say they will, and stick at it until the problem is solved. I've had work take several visits over two days, all with a single charge for the underlying problem. Every plumber I've worked with there has been competent, friendly, and clear.

(In the four years I've owned the house, I've had occasion to use them well over a dozen times on jobs ranging from replacing our entire house's drain system to repairing a fireplace gas leak to a slab leak to installing a tankless water heater to fixing a leak in the front yard to hydrojetting clogs. PRO TIP: get the plumbing video'd when buying an older house from a flipper. PRO TIP #2: don't bother suing a flipper over material lies in the SPDS unless someone got hurt--the lawyer fees can easily dwarf the out-of-pocket expenses for the repairs.)

New homeowners, noticed a water discoloration spot on our ceiling a week after moving in. Lawson Family Plumbing was able to have somebody out the very next day - did a review of the plumbing in the house and determined there was no issue, must of been an older stain or from a previously fixed leak we noticed. Not only this, they helped us increase the hot water temp and checked some other odds and ends plumbing things in the home - at no charge! The technician David was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and made us feel much more at ease. Will be using Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

I can't say enough positive things about Lawson Family Plumbing.
My neighbor called me while I was vacationing in Hawaii to tell me I had an exterior water pipe burst & that they had turned my water off.
Not a good thing to hear when it is at the end of Summer & your plants desperately need water!
Anyway, Lawson was amazing!
They showed up promptly upon my return and I decided to have all my exterior spickets/piping replaced.
I hesitated on 4 stars because it was a bit pricey, but the quality of work & professionalism was definitely 5 stars!
Thank-you Lawson! Now I know who to call when it is time to remodel my master bathroom! Highly Recommend!

I had a faucet that quit working and my regular plumber couldn't make it out for a few days so I tried Lawson. They were able to get here within an hour and because the issue was quick and easy they didn't even charge me! The faucet handle was damage in the process but they promised to replace it at no charge. Looks like I have a new regular plumber.
