Lawson Family Plumbing is the best. I had a water supply valve that broke and had water leaking on the bathroom floor. Called Lawson Family plumbing on a Saturday afternoon, they were here in under 2 hours and fixed it literally in 5 minutes. Gabriel was the man and would highly recommend him as your technician. Will use again.

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing and they were very responsive and competitive reasonable price. I called on Saturday and they came out on Sunday to replace a water heater. So quick and they called before arriving and when completed the job. The technician Jerry was so kind and professional. Will use them for all my plumbing needs. Great company.

Was able to get Lawson plumbing out for a repair or replacement of a hot water tank. The technician inspected the tank and determined it need to be replaced. I agreed with what I saw when he started taking it apart. We both could smell something burning.
The price for the new tank was reasonable. He disconnected the existing tank and returned the next morning (on time) and installed the new tank and made sure it was working properly before he left.

My only issue is the $117 charge for a plastic drain pan underneath the water tank. The existing metal pan was not rusted or damaged. I thought the cost was included in the tank price, but it was a separate line charge on the invoice.
I blame myself for not being more diligent in seeing the itemized cost before I agreed to replace the drain pan.

I would definitely use Lawson Family Plumbing again.

Research, competing quotes and quality history of reviews are my go to's when it comes to basically anything and with a list of plumbing work needing done, I was back at it researching, calling, chatting and gathering quotes. I could have saved a lot of work on my part, had I just called Lawson up front.

I had Lawson out to swap out a water heater, a washing machine valve box, two shower diverter spouts and replace two shower / tub valve controls from old two handled twist to turn on hot and cold valve handles into a single handle control. I had Lawson out to quote the work and after receiving all 6 quotes from different plumbers, I was happy with the knowledge, the professionalism and the cost of the quote I got from Lawson. I got on their schedule for the following week and all my plumbing woes are now a thing of the past.

If you're wondering what I'm doing this weekend, I will probably be washing clothes and taking a LONG and HOT shower, since I can now turn on my shower properly and stay in it for more than 6.8 minutes before the water goes from lukewarm to shivering cold.

Excellent experience with Harley from Lawson Family Plumbing. Very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be helpful, answer questions, and provide suggestions. He even made some minor modifications, needed on the tubing for my RO system to help prevent leaks, didn't even have to ask. Harley was great and I'd definitely use this service again.
