We had a leaky shower mainly from the overflow area but had to figure it out with Terry, Lawson's plumber. Terry worked as quick as he could and fixed the issue as well as other issues he found. He even had a flat tire (picked up a nail prior to my job site) and remained calm throughout the entire shower repair and issue with the truck. Thank you for coming out and sending Terry.

Lawson sent Jason out to help me with a potential leak in my wall. Jason was great about explaining the process, giving me my options (and his advice), he even helped me navigate issues around insurance. At the end of everything, the leak was actually from a neighboring unit so Lawson did not charge me for the two visits and exploratory work. Working with Jason and Lawson was great. I highly recommend the company and Jason to anyone who needs a repair or any plumbing related work. I hope I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Lawson!

I had a leak under my sink. I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call. They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm. I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down. JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem. He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson. Thank you Lawson and JT.

Wowee! Called about a backed up kitchen sink. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and examined it and said he would need to snake the drain. Had us ""unplugged"" and everything running smoothly within 45 minutes. Our technician ""Taylor"" was super polite and efficient and was COVID knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a greater outcome. Will definitely use Lawson again!!

I needed a new water heater for my rental. I called a few plumbers and when they told me they could be there in an hour and quoted a good price over the phone I thought this is great. When they arrived the quoted price was increased 50% and was told a ""supervisor"" would call to discuss the price difference. One hour later no call and I still have a water heater leaking in my rental property. When they told me they did work for me in 2016 but I couldn't find a history of it in my service records a red flag went up and now I know why they aren't on my list of plumbers I use.
