Juan was able to install Moen Flo smart water and did a great job. It was easy to make an appointment and he was able to come out on a short notice. Everything was done well and professionally. Price was very reasonable. We also signed up for their preventive maintenance subscription service that includes inspection and maintenance of plumbing, water heater, and ac units on a regular basis! Would recommend Lasting Legacy!!

Thought I needed a new recirculation pump for wall mounted instant hot water heaters recently installed by another plumbing company. No hot water in half the house after the installation. Lasting Legacy sent Carlos Jimenez, a master plumber. out. Carlos got under the bathroom sink, and fixed the problem within minutes at no charge! Hot water throughout the house. Outstanding service by Carlos and Lasting Legacy.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful company!!! They are excellent. We had our house re-piped, an extremely messy job. But not with this company. They covered everything with plastic and drop cloths, did the job in one day so we would not be without water. Then, they picked everything up vacuumed, swept and wiped down the counters, floors and doorframes

We found the company when our HVAC system started making very strange noises. Again, Colby didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want or need.

Colby the owner was fabulous, rather than try and sell us the most expensive package, he worked with us and gave us a great price. He is easy to work with and has lived in Redlands his entire life so he takes pride in his business as well as his community.

We have one more project to do, have a water filtration system installed. There is no question who we will call. LASTING LEGACY

Called them due to the unfortunate timing of our water heater incident. Staff was incredibly nice and representative was on time and very courteous. Without getting into all the details, we turned down their services as it was astronomically higher than anything we had been quoted. We were given options for a standard replacement and a tankless alternative, both were about 3k higher than the next lowest quote... and we got a lot of them, all from licensed plumbing professionals. I appreciated their local help, but we could not justify their services. As an aside, not that it mattered, but I never got the follow up I was told I would get about the true cost of the water heater because their supply house was closed on the weekend.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. The installers names were Andrew, Shawn and George. They were very nice and answered all of our questions. They replaced the ducting in the attic because it was deteriorating and replaced the ceiling registers that were not the correct ones that the builders installed. The install was professional and we were very pleased with the results. The water heater was also replaced because it is 17 years old. We would highly recommend this company.

I had a new HVAC system and new duct work installed. Colby worked with me on the financial portion. During installation he came right over if I had a question or concern. When adjustments to the system were needed,Colby came right over. He and his crew were always respectful and never argued even when I questioned them. The crew wore foot covers and put down runners while working. They vacuumed and swept the areas when they were down. I highly recommend this company. They demonstrated the kind of customer responsiveness that is seldom seen these days.

Lasting Legacy has saved me at least 3 times now (A/C went out in middle of heatwave with company coming, leaking pipe in basement, etc). They installed a new A/C unit on my roof and replaced all the ductwork with the best out of 4 bids. So professional and reliable, yet also a local business which I love. 22 years in my old house with many service calls through the years, Lasting Legacy is the best by far.

We've had these guys over to service our plumbing and HVAC systems, and their people are top-notch. Working with them feels like have professionals in the family. The company itself is relatively young, but it's clear they're doing what it takes to provide great value for premium service and reward customers who are willing to go with a smaller local business.

For plumbing, Junior was incredibly helpful in explaining the problems and how we could fix them. He fixed a couple of small things that probably aren't difficult for a plumber, but a couple of hours of work for a DIYer, and he didn't put those on our bill.

For HVAC, Cody did a really thorough job of finding the strengths and weaknesses of our systems and explaining that to us.

Both techs encouraged us to get their membership service (we bought on second visit), which looks like it will pay for itself for the year in the first repair we do. For $20/month per AC unit (we have a couple) we get the peace of mind that our plumbing and AC are well maintained, and we can repair or upgrade things with a member discount.
