I have never posted a negative review before, but I also feel very strongly that I would be doing a disservice to others if I didn't share my experience.

I will say that the tech Andrew who came out to service the AC and Heating units was very pleasant, BUT it was his/LL's aggressive, fraudulent attempt to sell me approximately $5000 of ""needed"" services afterward as well as an ""membership program"" for $240 that was unacceptable, especially given that I am a senior citizen, living alone. I truly felt preyed upon and victimized.

I immediately called Banning AC & Heating; they combed through both units, and apart from a ""hard start"" component in my AC for which they charged $285.

LL contacted me the next day to schedule a follow-up appointment, as well as multiple times since then in spite of my advising them that I would be getting a second opinion following their appointment and that I would contact THEM if I needed their services. What a nightmare and it has been really upsetting.

Had them come out on July 4, must say on time. After troubleshooting the unit I was encouraged to replaced unit since it could not be fixed by the technician. I had high hopes for this company, but it's just like any other big name companies, just want to sell units and not fix equipment. Had another company come out a week later only issue was the capacitors and recommended to replace fan motor. Cool crispy air since.

This is a great company. This guy that came to check our air conditioning was very knowledgeable and helpful. You get what you pay for and with these people that is so true.

Zachary McFarland came out to install bathroom fixtures. He did a great job. One new faucet was not connecting. This could have a caused a leak resulting in water damage. He recommended I send it back and purchase another one. He came the next work day and installed the new faucet. I appreciate that he didn't install a bad faucet or I would have had a more expensive problem on my hands. Thanks Zach.

Great experience the technician came ( on time) explained everything showed me photos and arranged for a new HVAC unit to be installed and was cheaper than the company I always used. Im a life time customer!!! Even signed up for the yearly service program. Unit was installed within 24 hours

We recently purchased our home and ordered a AC tune up and inspection from Lasting Legacy. All that we dealt with were very courteous and helpful. The technician, Gilbert, was knowledgeable and again very courteous. He explained all that he was doing and showed before and after pictures. We also received a senior discount. We will definitely use Lasting Legacy.

Juan was able to install Moen Flo smart water and did a great job. It was easy to make an appointment and he was able to come out on a short notice. Everything was done well and professionally. Price was very reasonable. We also signed up for their preventive maintenance subscription service that includes inspection and maintenance of plumbing, water heater, and ac units on a regular basis! Would recommend Lasting Legacy!!

Thought I needed a new recirculation pump for wall mounted instant hot water heaters recently installed by another plumbing company. No hot water in half the house after the installation. Lasting Legacy sent Carlos Jimenez, a master plumber. out. Carlos got under the bathroom sink, and fixed the problem within minutes at no charge! Hot water throughout the house. Outstanding service by Carlos and Lasting Legacy.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful company!!! They are excellent. We had our house re-piped, an extremely messy job. But not with this company. They covered everything with plastic and drop cloths, did the job in one day so we would not be without water. Then, they picked everything up vacuumed, swept and wiped down the counters, floors and doorframes

We found the company when our HVAC system started making very strange noises. Again, Colby didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want or need.

Colby the owner was fabulous, rather than try and sell us the most expensive package, he worked with us and gave us a great price. He is easy to work with and has lived in Redlands his entire life so he takes pride in his business as well as his community.

We have one more project to do, have a water filtration system installed. There is no question who we will call. LASTING LEGACY

One quick note, the ladies in the office are fabulous!!! Always pleasant, respectful and remember your name !!!!

Called them due to the unfortunate timing of our water heater incident. Staff was incredibly nice and representative was on time and very courteous. Without getting into all the details, we turned down their services as it was astronomically higher than anything we had been quoted. We were given options for a standard replacement and a tankless alternative, both were about 3k higher than the next lowest quote... and we got a lot of them, all from licensed plumbing professionals. I appreciated their local help, but we could not justify their services. As an aside, not that it mattered, but I never got the follow up I was told I would get about the true cost of the water heater because their supply house was closed on the weekend.
