These folks will help you get the right parts to fix the thing you are fixing diy. They have helped me several times over the last few years. Most recently with a brass water heater drain valve to replace a crummy leaking plastic valve. Prices comparable to the big box, but the advice and help is what matters here, and they destroy the big box stores. And yes, they do cut and thread pipes to the length you need. Highly recommended.

I'm a plumber of 14 years and have been buying from Larry and Joe's. Often at the Sepulveda location (super friendly and great customer service. I went in today to the vanowen location and purchased a regulator. Finding out Ferguson had it for 10.00 less. Had I known your prices were HIGHER than Fergusons!!! Disappointing. I didn't recieve the same great service I got from the Sepulveda location. Maybe it was because I was not wearing my plumbing uniform. I've bought a ton of supplies from Lary and Joe's. This was the first time I knew I was over charged.

I want to like these guys-- I swear, I do, but it is difficult. I like the store, but I hate coming here. I am a homeowner and I do my plumbing and ""honey dos"" on weekends. I find the staff to be unfriendly. More often than not they greet their customers with a ""what do you need?"" after they are greeted by a customer with a friendly, Hello...

Also, If I were a betting man, I would put money the staff doubles their prices if they see a customer driving a regular car instead of a plumbing truck when pull in the parking lot. The prices are simply sooo out of line in comparison with the other plumbing stores in the area L&Js could not possibly stay open if they charged the trade the same pricing.

Another thing I find irritating is their return policy: ""No returns after 5 days; 25% re-stocking charge on all returns. No returns on electrical, fasteners, no return on faucets, etc..""

Unfortunately, they are the only fully stocked plumbing store open on Sundays in my area. If the item is faulty, you can forget about getting your money back. I recommend only coming here if you really, really have to, and you ran out of options on a Sunday.

Thanks for the help today guys. I was in a super frantic situation. Trying to get out my old Moen valve was a pain. After trying to use my valve puller it gutted the valve and left me with a stuck shell. Didn't know what to do. They gave me some ideas and said if I can't get it out after that to call back for help. Well it work. You guys are always my go to for my plumbing needs. Sometimes parts, tools or just the right advice. Thank you so much.

They are Knowledgeable, professional & friendly. They are happy to help & even loaded my new water heater in my truck! I required a new water heater & they had the brand & model I required. I love this place! I made my mistake & wasted my time with Lowes & Home Depot. This is my go to in this area when I need plumbing supplies & advice!

BEST PLACE TO GO for your needs. TRULY PERSONALIZED SERVICE. They are competent, reliable and go the extra mile even for a small relatively insignificant job.
Needed a screw and wingnut to fit an adjustable face shield NO success at Home Depot. Decided I needed personal attention I might find at Larry & Joe's. Had no assurance they would have what I needed.
The amazing, proficient and knowledgeable salesman, CHRISTIAN, knew what I needed and then spent 20 minutes searching their supplies and was able to finally locate 2 open containers with the screw and wingnut I needed.
I was and am TOTALLY IMPRESSED and so pleased with CHRISTIAN'S initiative and effort to provide such attentive customer service taking the time to solve my issue.
