Very helpful staff! They will get you thru the things you don't know, Homeowners don't always know how to fix it up but these guys will totally get you there. Stocked with everything you need and than some. It's very comforting knowing that I have this business very close to my house.

Worst business EVER! I came to this store to find replacement cartridge for my leaking kitchen faucet. Salesman carelessly sold me cartridge that looks similar, quickly placed it in the box so I wouldn't see it. When I came home and started to replacing cartridge, faucet started to leak even more.
One week later (today), I came to the same store and showed the cartridge to the guy behind the counter. I knew exactly why it didn't fit so I tried to explain to him what I need. I wasn't asking for money back or even exchange. All the answer I got is ""Bring the original and will order it for you!"" They do have wide selection in the store but guy that looks like BOILED LOBSTER didn't even bother helping. Because all cartridges located behind the counter I couldn't come up close to see all of them. I asked him to show me one that looked similar from the distance but he told me ""NO, ask other employees if they will help you. I refuse to provide you service"", he said to me. I asked him if I did or said something wrong and he said YES but wouldn't tell me exactly what, walking away to the back of the store.
I literally threw the cartridge I had in my hand behind the counter and walked out of the store.
I have never been treated like that just because I asked to show me product I can't reach myself.
If anyone must go this store, avoid ""The Boiled Lobster"" redneck.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS STORE

I purchased 2 Toto toilets at this location and one needs replacement parts. I called to ask if they either carry then in the store or can be ordered. I was parked on hold for 10 minutes.

I called back and an imbecile told me he was busy and there are no parts and he didn't know anything. I asked for the manager...he said who's on the phone?

The guy said a lady who needs parts and the supposed manager said tell her we're all busy we'll get back to her when we have time. Over $1,000 for 2 toilets and you cannot even get an answer about parts. This place is horrible!!!!!

The people here are really friendly and helpful.
That is not always the case with plumbing supply places.
This place understands that not everybody is a professional plumber.

Really like this place. They are willing to take the time to look at a part and make sure you are getting the right part.

They also will give you straight advice and are very fair. Old school place, not exactly modern but they will take care of you.

I came in here wanting to purchase a cap for my sprinkler system and they talked me into buying a valve for $60 as well. I decided to buy the cap at the same time also just in case. I ended up using the cap and it fixed all my problems and after coming back 30 minutes later they hit me with a restocking fee on the valve when they were the ones that talked me into buying something that I didn't needed.

Just go to Ferguson and get everything there since they're always honest and care about the customer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I appreciated their patience in dealing with someone like myself who is not familiar with all the aspects of replacing a water heater. Prices were more than fair and they had no problem taking returns (not sure why other reviewers had an issue), for the items we ended up with that were not needed. Always nice to be able to recommend and support a local business. An extra perk was the fact they are open on Saturday and Sundays when we needed them most!
