On a Sunday afternoon, it's kinda of a drag to have drive 20 minutes to get an obscure part that Home Depot didn't have. But all that was made up for when I arrived there and spoke to Bill. He had the part and gave me plenty of usual advice along with that, further deeping my understanding of what I needed to do for my leaky kitchen faucet.

I arrived their somewhat in a bad mood.

I left feeling happy.

From now on, this is my go-to store for all plumbing related stuff.

Went there to get replacement part for high end faucet. Told they could order for $200. but they suggested we call manufacturer. Bingo! Manufacturer is replacing for free. Hats off to Larry & Joe's. It's heart warming to know that honesty is still the best policy.

Help you out if you need anything. They carry almost everything when it comes to commercial plumbing needs. Prices are a little high, but they have everything in stock and they help You out with returns or exchanges.

Sunday January 8 2017. Asked for Toto replacement flapper. The young gentleman patient and helped me ( I am just normal deaf customer) to get parts then I asked for another product and elder sales man took over and wrote the note and unprofessional slammed to the desk with note and pen It scared me horrible with his harsh attitude as unnecessary I simply replied him ""Sir Thank you"" told in Next few days will be available . I may come and afraid the same unprofessional attack being my deafness.

I went to Larry & Joe's Sunday with many sprinkler issues. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He sold me the exact parts I needed with great explanations and directions.

I have been going to Larry & Joe's for over 30 years and have never been let down. Lewis has also been very helpful.

They are so much better than the big box stores. They actually have people that will take the time to help!

Dishonest and rude manager. Over-priced products.

The service and pricing I received at Larry and Joe's Corbin Ave. location is one of the worst experiences I have had at a store since being in Los Angeles for over 30 years. He tried to deceive me and then proceeded to swear at me.

Bill, the manager, recommended I buy a washer hose to replace the original hose. He charged me $40 for it, thinking I would not notice the over charge. The actual price was a little more than $7, which I noticed on the package. Bill corrected the price and I walked out having purchased the $7 hose. Asking me to pay $40 for a $7 washer hose is very dishonest. He would have sold it to me for $40 if I had not questioned him. I later decided to return it. I did not want to do business with a man who was desperately dishonest. When he asked why I was returning, I said I had decided to return the item. I commented that customer service is important. Almost out of the blue, he started swearing at me. He then said, ""Home Depot and Lowe's should not send stupid people to my store. I do not need your business!"" I was amazed how unabashedly he expressed his feelings in front of an associate and a person who had accompanied me.

I later found out that the washer hose at this store sold for $7, while Lowe's next door sold the very same item for $4.

This store has terrible customer service and over-priced products. Skip this one.

Bro and I have been trying to find a part to fit our sink. Went to Home Depot & Lowes and seemed like we were SOL. Thankfully, I found this place thru Yelp and the guys were pretty helpful in giving options and advice to what we needed. Thankfully, the part we needed fit perfectly. Any plumbing needs, you have to come to this place, it's their specialty.

This store has all the plumbing supplies you will ever need. From every type of faucet and shower cartridge known to man to very rare parts for toilets not found in other stores. I trust Larry and Joes to have everything that I need for my plumbing projects. They are also open 7days which is unheard of from other plumbing supply houses. Definitely 10 stars.

I was directed to this store by a HD employee. That store is just fantastic. Got replacements for my 65 year old bath tub valves.
