Called to ask if they had a water heater in stock, the man that answered the phone told me he doesn't know. I gave him the brand, size, and model number and he replied, ""Yeah, I don't know if we have that."" How hard is it to check you stupid idiot that's the reason I called. Took my business elsewhere. Would not recommend. Extremely sarcastic and unprofessional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in looking for a shower valve part, and an elderly man, Bill helped me. Now, I'm not a plumber but I do exactly what part i needed which Bill told me was discontinued, which I already knew but was hopeful they might have one laying around. When I asked Bill what he thought my options were, he started raising his voice and if I asked or question or told him, that's not what I wanted to do, he yelled at me. I asked him why he was talking to me that way and he said because I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked him what his name was and he yelled out B...I...L...L.. BILL. Omg, i didn't deserve any of that. I will never going back there again.

I was sent here by Home Depot. I needed a replacement drain hose for portable air conditioner. There was a younger guy and an older guy working when I went in on Saturday, August 28th. I told them my needs, and they said they couldn't help me. I helped myself to a washing machine drain hose that was the right size. Younger guy tells me it won't work. Tells me, as I am paying, that they charge a 50% restocking fee. I say that I won't be bringing it back - it was $15.00. Get home, screw it on (using plumber 's tape (as one should), and guess what? IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!! No leaks, draining just fine. I really hate when guys try to put me off because they believe I don't know what I'm doing. In this case I didn't KNOW, but I had a reasonably good idea of what I needed. And I was right. Why they wanted to discourage a sale is beyond me.

I was having a very difficult time finding a piece for my brand new Moen shower head, but thanks to their manager, Rene my contractor was able to get the shower installed.
The staff is very knowable and willing to go above and beyond to help.
I can't thank them enough.

Needed cartridges for my bathroom faucet, this should be an easy find right? Home Depot, Lowes, HD Supply, and another local plumbing shop did not have it. I called Larry & Joes they said they had it. I show up and as promised it was there. Nice clean store will definitely be going back for any plumbing needs.

This is a great little store. They have everything you need for a plumbing fix. Specifically I needed Superior and Champion Sprinkler replacement parts and they had them. Very helpful and they are open Saturday and Sunday until 5pm.

On a Sunday afternoon, it's kinda of a drag to have drive 20 minutes to get an obscure part that Home Depot didn't have. But all that was made up for when I arrived there and spoke to Bill. He had the part and gave me plenty of usual advice along with that, further deeping my understanding of what I needed to do for my leaky kitchen faucet.

I arrived their somewhat in a bad mood.

I left feeling happy.

From now on, this is my go-to store for all plumbing related stuff.

Went there to get replacement part for high end faucet. Told they could order for $200. but they suggested we call manufacturer. Bingo! Manufacturer is replacing for free. Hats off to Larry & Joe's. It's heart warming to know that honesty is still the best policy.
