I had another company yesterday come tell me that A) I need the system pumped B) I have drain field issues due to high water levels C) the drain field would cost around 5k to fix/replace if need be so. I was not a happy camper last night. Lapin was recommended to me by a close friend, and Chris came out same day and found that my filter was clogged (not even checked by company A). That was my one and only problem. As soon as he pulled the filter, the water levels went back to normal, and he charged me the bare minimum. I don't even need a pump out for another 2-3 years. Talk about honesty. Thank you for being a stand up company, saved me at least 300 bucks all the way up to 5,000. Thank you Chris.

Scheduled an appointment. Ryan assured me that i would be well taken care of. 15 minutes past appointment time - I call to verify that a tech was on the way. Ryan then advised there was an emergency earlier and they wouldn't be here today. This is my one day off - can't do laundry, can barely take a shower & flushing the toilet is questionable. Thanks for nothing & wasting my time

Jason Georgopulos did a septic clean out just before Christmas. Service was prompt, Jason left my yard like he found it, was pleasant, friendly and did a good job. I just found the paperwork that I put in a safe place so I thank you for a job well done! Sorry for the delay! Jason was great ... Lapin actually made me rewrite this review and post it here although their business card also lists FB! That's not particularly customer friendly given that I'm not on your payroll.

We were having septic issues so we called Lapin Services. Carlos was our point of contact, he was very knowledgeable, he had a great sense of urgency to get the job done for us as quick as possible. They pulled the permits and kept us informed every step of the way. Santiago and Wilmer were also super helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone involved was neat, organized and respectful. They did an entire drain field replacement, had it inspected by city and completely finished all in 3 short days. All of the parts including the dirt look like great quality. We are very happy with their services and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing issues.

First we called Frank Gay plumbing and they scared us to death. They told us there were multiple collapses and we had to do both freshwater and sewer unless we wanted to put a """"bandaid on it"""" by only cleaning it. We paid them for videos that they had an impossible time sending and we never received them all. They were going to charge us $103,000! We are so thrilled we then used the project section of Yelp! There were a few smaller companies that couldn't help but Lapin was amazing. José came out and he knew immediately what could be done. He is very experienced with old cast iron pipes, like ours, coming from NY where everyone had them! He suggested hydro cleaning and some high powered toilets for much less, somewhere around $2,000-3,000. He said there were no collapses and took video to show us. We haven't had any plumbing problems since and it's been a long time since we went without any problems! Thank you so much!

I contacted Lapin on Monday for my septic tank clean out. The appointment was scheduled for Tuesday between 1:00-5:00 pm. I had called another company on Saturday advertising 24 hour service and still no return call. I was outside when the truck showed up at 11:30 am. I had called another company last Saturday with a 24 hour service per their website and still no return call. The technician, Ronnie was extremely courteous. He gave me information on a service plan which covers annual septic tank clean out and additional services. He also explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Lapin and will use them for my future needs.

Terrible workmanship. Extremely unprofessional. They were very quick to come out and give us a quote on replacing our drain field. They seemed knowledgeable. They left the job half done with broken electric lines exposed. Initially they told us they repaired the lines. What they did do is bury the lines with dirt Not repaired. Very dangerous. We placed numerous calls and emails to no avail. We hired an electrician to come out and make the repairs. We are still waiting on the completion of the job. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

Out of the blue one of our toilets decided to take a crap on us . After calling around I ended up using Lapin for the job. Even though their price was pricy I guess it's just a plumbing thing because everyone is expensive when it comes to plumbing work. Ended up replacing the toilet with a new delta $450 & I know what your thinking but yes toilets really cost that much to replace now. The guys they sent were super friendly and knowledgeable & didn't jack around. I would recommend these guys for sure A+++

I reached out to Lapin to get some information on our septic system, which I knew nothing about. The technician came out and took the time to walk me through how the system works, why we had experienced slow draining in the house and gave me advice on how to fix it. We actually had part of our filter system break and they gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. They've also got an automatic annual clean up and check up program, which I happily signed up for - that way, I don't have to remember that it needs to be done. Lapin also followed up with me once everything had been completed. I work in customer service and I've been pleasantly surprised at every aspect of this company. I will definitely continue using them.
