We have been living in our house for 3 years, which has been the first time ever with a septic tank. This January was the first year that the tank got emptied since we moved in the house. We used another septic company in January and then in June the tank started having issues. After contacting the company we used before, which during this call were very rude and unprofessional , we decided to keep looking for a better and we were recomended to call Lapin. We are very please with Lapin Services. They have been very professional and quick to respond to our service calls. We called them to help us because we didn't understand why our septic system was not working properly. Not only they came to resolve the issue, but when the issue happened again they help us with the discovering that our draining field was damaged and a new one needs to be installed. I am specially grateful for the time and patience from Kervin Silaire who explained in detail what was the problem we were having, and he educated us about how to live with a septic system. Also very grateful to Danny H. and Jose Martinez for their detail, hard work and professionalism. We are looking forward to start the construction with Lapin Services and be able to have a great company to service our septic system for now on.

Our pump alarm went off at 3am, why do these things go off at the worst times? We called Lapin in the morning, Juan answered my call and I told him we had our whole septic system/drainfield installed by them in December of 2019 and they sent a tech to come check it out. Jose Martinez showed up earlier than expected due to a prior cancellation, awesome! He tested a few things and then inspected the dosing tank. Turns out the float was the source of the alarm. He rewired the float and positioned it to hang at the appropriate height and all is now good. Hopefully no more 3am wake up calls! Jose Martinez was very pleasant, answered all of our questions, and even noticed another issue with our main water line that he gave us some advice on. So glad we used Lapin to begin with and they stood by their service. Hoping we will not have to reach out any time soon!

Best of the Best in lake county! I am over the moon with this company. They have been to my home 3 times this month. Every time they made a common sense suggestion and never charged me! I had a septic backup In my rental home. I called several companies and no one could service same day. Thankfully, Lapin could and even though the issue could not be resolved immediately, their lead plumber, Jose, stayed on top of it and was able to make sure the problem was resolved!

I used Latin Services to replace my septic tank and drain field years ago and continue to use their services for maintenance on my system. I called on Friday and was able to schedule a service for Monday. Ernesto arrived a few minutes early and got to work right away. He kept me in the loop of what he was doing and showed me the final product before sealing everything back up. He was friendly and fast! I've never had to call a plumber before, but Justin & Lane at Lapin were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to come out same day and had the clog in my shower drain fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also stayed a bit and gave me product recommendations for drain upkeep and also provided estimates for toilet & sink installs. Overall the most positive outcome I could have expected. Very happy to have been able to have Justin & Lane over to help with the issue.

Out of the blue one of our toilets decided to take a crap on us . After calling around I ended up using Lapin for the job. Even though their price was pricy I guess it's just a plumbing thing because everyone is expensive when it comes to plumbing work. Ended up replacing the toilet with a new delta $450 & I know what your thinking but yes toilets really cost that much to replace now. The guys they sent were super friendly and knowledgeable & didn't jack around. I would recommend these guys for sure A+++

Carlos was very customer focused. During our first conversation he provided us with in depth details about how our septic worked and what the whole process would entail. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Carlos was also very responsive to my messages and always kept us abreast of the process and the job.
