We found ourselves in need of a new drain field and called several businesses for quotes. One gave us a quote on the phone. One never got back to us. Lapin sent Carlos, a Project Manager, to our home the same day we called. Carlos was thorough, prompt, and professional but not at all high pressure. He gave us a quote that was $1500 less than the over-the-phone company. The next day, we signed a contract and were given a time-table by Carlos of about two months for the work to be permitted and completed. This was followed by a pump-out at no extra charge to keep us in good shape until the work could be performed. The permit was issued less than a month later, and the following day a supervisor, Robert, came to our house to lay out where the drain field would be located. Robert was also very thorough and professional. We were concerned about the possibility of losing a palm tree in our front yard during the process, but Robert assured us that they would protect it. The following Monday, a crew of three obviously very experienced workers arrived (an hour earlier than what we expected) and completed the job from start to finish (including inspection) the same day. AND the palm tree was not damaged. We can't express enough our thanks for the professional, prompt, and efficient work that Lapin performed for us. All of this and at a reasonable price. Lapin Services has our highest recommendation.

We were having issues with our plumbing and septic systems in the evening. My husband call Lapin in the morning and they came out by noon. Jose Martinez investigated the problems which turned out to be a clog in our pipes and a faulty septic alarm. They recommended the best solution to our problem and worked quickly to get the issues corrected. We would highly recommend Lapin and Jose to anyone having any type of plumbing or septic needs.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the repair tech Leo, this company is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. Appt scheduled the day after first phone call, Leo showed exactly on time, and was friendly and efficient at finding our drain trouble. It wasn't the overflow to septic as we thought, but the pipe in the wall of the washer drain. He was done in less than 2 hours, and that included finding, repairing, testing, and cleanup. He even went to HD to get the parts he needed. We (my wife) is so happy now that laundry doesn't overflow to the front patio! Thank you Lapin and Leo for taking care of use so quickly! I highly recommend this company.

Lapin services was awesome from beginning to end. They replaced my 80 gallon hot water heater and got permits to do so. I wasn't able to find any other company to do that and they had the best prices too!

I would give zero stars if possible. Just got a quote 425 to reseal the bottom of the toilet with wax and 450 for a new valve to the toilet. Ridiculous. Be warned. Go somewhere else. I could get a whole new toilet plus a full spa treatment for that lol!!!!!!!

Lapin has been there every time I need them. We had a vandal damage, our lift station control and manually turn the pumps on leaving them to run constantly and if it wasn't for the quick response from Lapin, they both would've burn up and we would've had a huge repair bill. Rod who is one of the managers saved us.They have been there for us every time we call. One time I had gotten a quote for over $6500 repair turned out it was a $60 breaker that was wrong. The quote came from a competitor the correct diagnosis came from Lapin. They have and always will be my go to for septic tank, lift station and drain field problems.

Our septic drain field was not working properly and needed replacement. We called a few companies but decided to go with Lapin because Carlos Labrador was very thorough and honest with all the explanations. He helped us through from beginning to end and always keeping us updated. Robert Consider, the project manager was also helpful and thorough. We are happy with the job and trust Lapin. I need to add something today 5/2/2023 I'm definitely not happy about. They claimed they're the only company with a 10 year limited warranty but didn't explain how truly limited it was. We only discussed the oak tree we had close to the drain field. We had the tree cut in order to get the warranty. The warranty does not mention anything about customers with a water well. We have a water well and did not know we must have a meter to measure the water flow. The limited warranty should be explained in detail prior to a contract. We're very disappointed because we're not covered under the extremely limited warranty. Here's a picture of the limited warranty so you can read it before you sign a contract with them and please notice there's nothing in it about obtaining a water meter if you have a water well.

First off, let me just say that Kimberly is amazing and the company is lucky to have her... I called this morning after a guest complained, that the toilet will not flush... Lapin assured me they could get me on the schedule the next day, however, Kimberly told me that she would keep an eye appointment canceled. Turn off she was able to fit me in very quickly and the plumber arrived faster than Batman in the bat mobile. The toilet was resolved, and life resumed as normal. This company is going to end up on my Rolodex and first people I call with any plumbing issues in the future

Jason Georgopulos did a septic clean out just before Christmas. Service was prompt, Jason left my yard like he found it, was pleasant, friendly and did a good job. I just found the paperwork that I put in a safe place so I thank you for a job well done! Sorry for the delay! Jason was great ... Lapin actually made me rewrite this review and post it here although their business card also lists FB! That's not particularly customer friendly given that I'm not on your payroll.
