I contacted Lapin on Monday for my septic tank clean out. The appointment was scheduled for Tuesday between 1:00-5:00 pm. I had called another company on Saturday advertising 24 hour service and still no return call. I was outside when the truck showed up at 11:30 am. I had called another company last Saturday with a 24 hour service per their website and still no return call. The technician, Ronnie was extremely courteous. He gave me information on a service plan which covers annual septic tank clean out and additional services. He also explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend Lapin and will use them for my future needs.

WOW! PHENOMENAL. A concerned phone call gets routed to an expert, Rod comes out and diagnosis my 15yr old drainfield problem, watches over it until permitting in flight, pumping done and helps me construct a plan to survive until new drain field. Oh did I mention he saved my crepe myrtle in my front yard?? Rod and Tyler Mendall did. Permitting comes in early, new drainfield same week permitting came in...yet Lappin wasnt done surpassing expectations ...covering the drain field and the slope/drainage of my yard is changed. My panicked phone call to Tyler Mendell was answered, not a voicemail, with immediate understanding and reassurance. Tyler personally regrates/slopes my yard, saves my crepe myrtle AND Rod saves me a 2nd tank pump expense while waiting for my new field. You cant wrong with this phone call they make a horrible situation beyond tolerable, they make it comfortable.

Awesome plumbing service. They were super quick to respond, very reasonable and professional and able to diagnose and resolve quickly. Pretty seamless experience across scheduling, timely arrival and actually doing the work. I would happily use them again ( hope I don't need to do so though! )

Five stars all the way for these folks! I called Lapin in the late afternoon when I realized there was a leak in my garage. The very next morning, a gentleman by the name of Jim was out to see what the heck was happening. After worrying about the water coming from the slab, it turned out to be a pinhole lead in the kitchen sink pipe, (in the concrete wall), that had been dripping out water for a while. Jim was super nice and worked around the weird piping that is my kitchen, chipping into the wall to get to the bad pipe ... all while my old, senile dog continued to get in his way. It was a difficult arrangement but he was very understanding and helpful. Since my weird pipes were not cooperating with the wall saw and Jim didn't have the specialty tools to continue the leak search, he sent another truck over that did. They were at my home in no time and fixed the leak that day. Huzzah!!! Jim also gave me the information of another great company that could come out to detect any mold that might have manifested from the leak. (I'm glad he did because it turns out ... there WAS mold. Ain't nobody got time for that.) I wouldn't have thought to check it because this is my very first leak. Thanks, Jim for looking out. Anywho, I can't thank Lapin Services enough for their help. Their quick response and professionalism is truly appreciated. These folks are the real deal and I will be using them again in the future for sure!

To be honest it wasn't the best experience in the beginning. I won't go into detail but let's just say things were a little rough with communication, timeline, damage, and potential unforseen extra cost. Some of these things were unavoidable and others could've been avoided with some communication. Chris is great in a sales aspect and definitely gave the best quote out of three other companies. Tyler by far saved this review from being a 1 or 2 star. He really went above and beyond to communicate and fix the problems that were made/created. Some of these things he didn't have to do but he did. His customer service and helpfulness to fix the issues created really helped and saved the overall experience. Thanks again Tyler.

What a great company! I called them today after the company I hired failed to show for our scheduled appointment. I spoke with Chris. He tried to get me an appointment for today but they were all booked up. The told me they would be out first thing in the morning. To our surprise at 5PM Chris showed up at our house to see if he could fix the issue!? He was here for 20 minutes and he had our drains draining and toilets flushing! Of course, we still need our septic pumped, and they will be here tomorrow to do that, but he was able to get the emergency issue fixed. This man came out on his own time without an appointment to help us. We truly appreciate it and will us Lapin for man years to come! I will reccomend you to all of our friends and family as well.

The person that arrived was dishonest, and they did terrible work without ever resolving my problem. They are dishonest and impossible to work with. Would not trust with any major plumbing issue. They ruined my septic line and the replumbing was a disaster. Did not provide adequate quotes, and did not deliver what was promised.

We were having septic issues so we called Lapin Services. Carlos was our point of contact, he was very knowledgeable, he had a great sense of urgency to get the job done for us as quick as possible. They pulled the permits and kept us informed every step of the way. Santiago and Wilmer were also super helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone involved was neat, organized and respectful. They did an entire drain field replacement, had it inspected by city and completely finished all in 3 short days. All of the parts including the dirt look like great quality. We are very happy with their services and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing issues.

Just before Christmas, my son bought an older house, which among other issues, contained polybutylene pipes that needed replaced in order to insure the house. After looking at the online reviews for plumbing companies, we chose three of the highest rated companies and requested estimates. Though there was no significant difference in price between the companies, due to the patience and thoroughness with answering our questions and the kindness we were shown by their estimator, Lapin Services immediately became the frontrunner! Their estimator, Jim, arrived on time and with a friendly and helpful demeanor.  We told him what the home inspector said we needed, and Jim examined the pipes in a few areas in and around the house.  He explained what we should expect during the repipe, the length of time it would take to complete the work, the approximate number of holes they'd need to cut into the walls and when we could expect the permit to be filed and the work to commence.  He was thorough and explained the repipe process in a way which was easy to understand!  As promised, we received a written estimate of the cost via email the very same day and the price was fair, so we chose Lapin Services. Kim, from the Admin & Permitting Dept., was wonderful!  She communicated with our realtor and provided us the paperwork we needed to fill out and have notarized at closing in order to have the permit pulled quickly and kept us up to date about what was happening and when we could expect the final inspection.  Kim became my """"go-to"""" gal for any questions that came up! Amazingly, even though the house closing unexpectedly ran into the late afternoon, which delayed us in getting the paperwork to Kim, she was able to schedule the work to be done the very next morning!  Bryan and Ryan showed up right on time, first thing in the morning, and immediately got to work!  Both men were kind, polite and extremely hard-working!  I'm not exaggerating a bit when I say these guys worked fast and HARD!  They didn't dawdle, goof off or waste any time at all!  They were polite and professional and remained completely fixated on the job at hand!  Not surprisingly, they completed the work much faster than we had anticipated, cleaned up after themselves and the work easily passed the county's final inspection! Lapin Services will be the company we call on for all of our plumbing needs from now on!  Their employees are top-notch and extremely helpful, the work they do is excellent and the final cost was EXACTLY what was estimated-no hidden costs or charges!
