While the technician was great at what he does and professional, I was quoted 300 dollars less than what I was charged by this company by two other companies. Unfortunately I'm going away and needed it done fast, and this company also charges a 99 dollar fee just to look at it, so I went with them. Again I liked the tech, but 541 dollars for a half hours work and a washer valve change out is just ridiculous.

Our old furnace got broke down and I called the company. They recommended to replace the Furnace, which I agreed. However, Fhey pressed me to sign the proposal when I told them that I would like to finance through Mass Save instead their 10% interest financing, they turned into a cold turkey not communicating any further. They seemingly taking care of customers, but they are not give and take in conducting their business being picky looking for their taste and interests. Not customers oriented at all.

Fairly new to Worcester and were looking for an HVAC company that we could rely on. Thought we found one as Landry responded quickly to our loss of heat and replaced 2 parts (still under warranty) of our furnace before the arctic blast - expensive, but the service was great and deserved 5 stars! But, since then, we have been getting the 'run around' as we try to get assistance in getting reimbursed for the parts under warranty. So very disappointed as our search for a reliable HVAC company continues!

Great customer service!
I had an issue with my heating system in my new home at the start of October as the weather started to get colder. I called Landry and they scheduled a tech to come out the very next day! Kyle came out, diagnosed the problem, and provided a temporary fix all within 2 hours of arrival. I am very pleased with the service I received.

We moved into a large home this past winter with 9 steam radiators and an on-demand water heater, all powered by an oil-burning furnace. Our heating bills in the cold months were outrageous, so we began investigating whole-home replacement heat pumps as a solution, plus installing a new 50 gallon Hybrid Heat pump electric water heater to replace the extremely inefficient oil-burning one. While the up-front costs are significant, the Mass Save incentives were pretty compelling, so we started getting quotes for our job. Tim from Landry Mechanical came out, and had a competitive price, and were able to answer all of our questions. A huge convenience was that Landry handled everything, including the subcontractor for removing the 275 gallon oil tank in the basement, as well as all of the radiators. Landry was able to remove everything and install the 7 Heat pump mini splits in exactly the configuration we wanted. Due to global supply chain issues, we had to wait about 2 months for the second outdoor condenser unit, but Natasha and Katie in the front office were wonderful with keeping us up to date with the process. Adrian and his crew did a fantastic job on site, and were extremely friendly and professional. We are completely happy with the system, and couldn't recommend Landry Mechanical enough.

Our central a/c stopped functioning and another company came out and said we would need a whole new system for 18K. We decided to get a second opinion and Chris from Landry fixed the system for less than $1500.00. So thankful for Landry!

Asked them to provide a quote for water heater install. Got a million texts from their automated system but the tech showed hours later than expected. When he came, he clearly didn't know anything about water heaters and tried to sell me on a furnace replacement for a perfectly functional furnace. Then got a million texts asking for a review of the work he had done. We did not end up using them, but I got the sense that these guys probably do mostly commercial work on new buildings, I wouldn't recommend for residential work. The tech also tried to charge me for the consultation, even though the dispatcher who sent him clearly told me there would be no charge for the visit (it's standard for plumbers to do a free consultation when considering a large project like a water heater replacement). Save your time and look elsewhere. Three stars only because they were courteous and didn't do any lasting damage other than wasting my time.
