Landmark plumbing was able to come out and check my leaking tub asap. Unfortunately the problem was more complex than we thought but they were able to diagnose it and lead me in the right direction. Very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Talked on the phone with an employee was very rude, had a bad attitude and even hung up on me what a way to lose a customer. Wouldn't recommend this place not professional.

Excellent first experience. Our hot water heater panel sensor took a crap just before 4th of July weekend. I called first thing in the morning, before 8am, and Nicholas answered the phone and was very polite and accommodating. All was fixed the same day and now we will have hot water again. You don't realize what a luxury that is until it's gone. We are so thankful that Landmark Plumbing saved the day!! We will definitely use them in the future

Landmark charged $628.00 to unclog a shower drain. The plumber was very nice & timely, but I believe I was overcharged for 1.30 hours of work that was not an emergency repair. If I'm wrong & that's indeed the current covid-inspired-plumbing rate, then they should get more stars

My home warranty provider stuck me with this outfit. They never called back to schedule and appointment nor did they ever answer their phone or return several voicemails. Insisted that I call my own plumber and A&R plumbing was on site in two hours. Would never recommend such a poor business.

My pipe outside had a leak and Landmark Plumbing was the service provider from
our home warranty. Chris came and did a very good job in replacing the leaking pipe. He even suggested another problem that will help our hot water to run efficiently. Thank you Chris and to Landmark Plumbing for the job well done.

If there was zero stars I would have selected that. Landmark was not responsive to phone calls. Came out after repeated phone calls, messages.
Our water heater died, plumber agreed. On a Monday. We are without water from Monday to Thursday. On Thursday I called and text. Finally after 3rd call there was an answer. He argued w/me and said he wasn't coming out. It was awful! Never again.

I received a phone call from a plumber at this company. When I answered the phone he did not introduce himself nor did he state what company he was from. I only found out later what company came to my home. I still do not know the name of the man that showed up.
Over the phone, I explained the situation and his statement to me was ""if your leach field is clogged then you are done."" WHO says that to a customer?!? He showed up early, which is probably the only plus. He spoke to my mother who also explained the situation. He walked around the property and then left. He never said anything and didn't leave any paperwork. Later, we receive information from the warranty property that a report shows ""no mechanical failure."" So my pipes are rumbling for no reason? Got it.

Don't hire this guy! Work not to code and leaking. I'm unable to get a permit for this. Horrible attitude and service.
