The boss came alone to come fix a broken pipe under the house. The boss came out from under the house and my grandfather asked him a question which led to the boss of this company getting angry and he ended up yelling at my grandfather and stormed off and left. This is very unprofessional, as the boss of a company you should not be this rude to a customer that is paying you to do your job. My grandfather did not come at this ""man"" disrespectfully so there was no need for the ""boss"" to yell at my grandfather wether he was mad or not. ( I would give zero stars but I have to leave some type of star to write a review).

had an emergency at 2 am with a broken valve which lead to water leaking out of it and lance came out, worked thru the rain and got the job done . amazing service!!!!!!! highly recommend!!!super knowledgeable!!!!!got the job done in no time!!!!definitely a life saver!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service I would hire them for all my plumbing repairs. I contacted them on Sunday afternoon with my kitchen sink leaking to set up an appointment for the next day and they arrived early Monday morning and fixed my leak in a few minutes.

Lancelot's was the company they chose and he came and replaced our water heater in a very timely and professional manner and even made sure the system ran properly and helped with the water pressure.
