Excellent service I would hire them for all my plumbing repairs. I contacted them on Sunday afternoon with my kitchen sink leaking to set up an appointment for the next day and they arrived early Monday morning and fixed my leak in a few minutes.

We have a service plan that we pay into with the Gas Co and our water heater went out on us. Lancelot's was the company they chose and he came and replaced our water heater in a very timely and professional manner and even made sure the system ran properly and helped with the water pressure. Our gas was turned off due to gas leaks. Lancelot's Plumbing was sent to us because of the gas insurance we have. I called the insurance company...they said someone will call within 2hrs. Lancelot's called within 15 mins and Chris was at our house not long after. There was extensive work that needed to be done....2 1/2 days worth. Everyone that we dealt with from Amy to Chris, Luis and Robert was absolutely the BEST! They are knowledgeable, professional, and deserve every penny they earn. There was digging that had to be done, crawling under the house, pipes replaced, and when they left, it looked like they had never even been at our house. I can not thank this company enough!

Lance worked with us to get a MAJOR sewer problem fixed. The city's tree roots grew into our sewer line and blocked it. The jetting loosened them up, but the line needed replacing. Another plumber quoted an incredibly high estimate to fix it, which was more than we could afford. JD used their camera and was spot on as to where the plug was exactly! What a relief!!!
