These guys are great. I had a bunch of problems with my sewer lines and they cleaned up everything. It was with my main line because everything was clogged up, my toilet, the bathtub, the kitchen sing, and the drain for the washer. Everything was horrible.

These guys really know what they are doing, because they came right in and knew what the problem was and got right to work and they cleaned up everything. It was great service. He even fixed my garbage disposer from my kitchen sink. Someone else had told me it didn't work and that i had to buy a new one, but Lalo went right in and fixed it for me he said it just had something stuck in it.

Great guys, great work, i'm very happy with their work, i would definitely recommend them, they are doing some work at my parents hosue now because i recommended them to my parents.

Just used Lalo to fix a clogged bathtub and a clogged garbage disposal. Lalo was very prompt and courteous in meeting his appointment. The service was exceptional and he fixed other issues in my bathtub for free! The best part was that he had the most competitive price amongst all of the providers in my area. We got new kitchen appliances so once again we called upon Lalo. Aside from forgetting our appointment, he did a good job. He showed up an hour late after we called him to find out where he was at. But since he knows his stuff, we don't hold that against him. He set up a water line for our fridge that now makes ice and dispenses water! He also helped install our dishwasher.

Had a clogged shower drain, called them up at noon on a Saturday and they quoted me a price and a time: 2 to 2:30. Turns out they get here at 1:30, earlier than expected, and were done within 15 minutes.

Super prompt, courteous, clean, friendly and fast. Very pleasant experience, and they even gave a 30 day warranty in case the clog wasn't completely fixed the first time.

We hired Lalo to fix our faucet about 9 months ago. They replaced a new faucet and charged $230. Now, the faucet is leaking like cracy. I called them up to ask why and ask them to come back to fix. But he said that he only guarrantee not leaking for 30 days. He said that he told my tenant that the faucet would leak in several months after he put the new faucet in. I told him if he told me that I would never ask him to do the repair. We now found out that the reason that the faucet is leaking is because he bought the cheapest faucet and parts in the store. Also, he did not come back to fix new water leak. I am very disppointed about the Yelp review about him. I will never hire him again.

Called on a Saturday - the plumbing main was clogged AGAIN! Found his good reviews on Yelp and decided to give him a shot - he lived up to his reviews.

He came in TWENTY minutes! He was able to get the snake through to the main WAY faster than the last plumber (old house, old pipes - too many clogs!) and didn't even have to take the toilet off. Last plumber had to take BOTH off AND call a more Sr. plumber to help him. Lalo also quickly cleared a stubborn sink clog we'd been fighting for months.

He is very friendly and professional - and he charged exactly as quoted - $125. Was sure to get his card and he'll be the one we call if we have to make the dreaded plumber call again!

About a month ago my dad somehow managed to flush a toilet paper roll holder thingy down the toilet, and there it got stuck in the pipes. We were unable to get it back out and unable to get it down.

For a month the toilet was rendered almost completely unusable, and if we forgot to warn a guest not to flush toilet paper, we'd end up with a clog.

Last night, the toilet finally completely clogged up and started overflowing, leaving me with a mess on the floor and waving a white flag. I looked up plumbers on Yelp and got ahold of Lalo's at 8 a.m. this morning.

He got to my house 10, and was out an hour and a half later after removing the toilet paper roll holder and fixing a leak. The cost was $125, which was what I was quoted over the phone.

I assume the toilet will be in fine working order from now on... If not, I'll update! But five stars for making the whole process so easy, and not overly expensive either. If I had known that it was so hassle-free to get a plumber, I would have taken care of this issue when it happened a month ago.

My toilet was leaking and I was dreading hiring a plumbing service company because you never know how much they are going to charge and what type of service will actually be given.

That is when I went to Yelp and began looking for good reviews. I found out about Lalo's and noticed all the great comments. So I went and contacted his company and spoke to the man himself!

I made an appointment for the next morning and met Lalo a few minutes before actual appointment. After a couple of minutes, he was able to determine the problem and shortly after, was able to completely repair the problem!

I found the whole experience very pleasant. Lalo seems to be a good, honest working man and if I ever need any plumbing services again, I will look no further than Lalo's services.
