Our kitchen sink was backing up 6 months after another plumber came in to snake out my pipes. Lalo's was on time, followed all covid-19 protocols and offered three choices to clean out the stoppage. I had heard about hydro-cleaning and was given a quote by the other plumber $400 over the quote Lalo's gave me. I jumped on that choice and was so glad I did that. The grease that came out of my pipes was unreal. It came out almost like little rocks it was so clogged up in there. The workers cleaned up everything before leaving and suggested Zep as a maintenance drain cleaner to use periodically. Thank you so much for doing a terrific job. Hope I do not need you again but will call Lalo's if I do.

We had water leeks under the house I called around for estimates they were unbelievable they all differed. My sister in law referred Lalo's Sewer and drain they have worked for my sister in-law and her parents for years. I called Lalo's plumbing and they came over in 30 mins went under my house and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They had the job completed in 3 days. They were very hard workers arrived at 8am and were gone by 5pm. The lead Jr. was in charged took care of everything assigned jobs to the other men. The owner Mr Lalo came by several time to check on the work. If I ever have plumbing problems again I will only call Lalo's Sewer and Drain.

My bathtub was leaking from an upper level of my house to the level below. This was a difficult repair as a hole needed to be cut in the ceiling of the level below. There was no access to the tub's pipes in the upper level. Lalo provided the best price AND was also able to provide repair of the ceiling! Lalo and his crew did a GREAT job! I highly recommend them!

Our toilet was clogged on Dec 9th midnight. We called Lalo's Sewer and Drain service and they have attended on Dec 10th, 2019 morning to fix the problem.

Have used Lalo's services a few times, and each time I'm very satisfied with their service. They're very friendly and polite but most of all honest. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. We had our pipes making alot of noise, and I'm sure they could've overcharged me. But he was honest and fixed the problem quickly. 5 stars service for sure

We have been using Lalo's for a few years now and have been very happy with their work. Their last visit exceeded our expectations exponentially.

Yunior came to fix a couple areas which were major challenges for other plumbers we have had in the past. We had two bad leaks that were difficult fixes for various reasons. One leak was inside the house and the other was an outdoor leak. We got so used to other plumbers' excuses for not wanting to do the work, that we gave up on the two areas for a while until the leaks got much worse recently.

This month, we had a notice from the water company about a continuous flow of water somewhere and they requested we get it checked out. Our water bill had become very high lately and we were determined to finally get these challenging areas fixed, no matter how many plumbers we'd have to ask to get to the right person for the job.

I called Lalo about the situation and he chose the perfect guy from his team to help us, Yunior. He was very determined to do whatever necessary to get these issues taken care of and did a phenomenal job. Another bonus is he has a very positive demeanor. We can't be happier with his work on both areas and are grateful for his determination to fix the leaks that have been troubling to us for so long. Very happy customers! Thanks again, Lalo's!

This is an honest plumbing company. They really make sure everything is done right, and you can trust their word. These guys are really the only plumbing company you should hire if you're in the east bay, south bay area.
