Had a leak in my kitchen and washer drain pipe as it was old cast Iron pipe, which was found by termite inspector when inspecting the house for termites.
Called Lalo Sewer and Drain.
Lalo sent a person the very next day as I was calling late in the evening.
Oscar came to the house ,gave a quote, told what will be covered and we had a contract.
Next day morning Oscar came to work with two of his buddies and got to work and took care of the problems and checked for leaks etc.
He also cleaned up the place, which always feels good.
Overall great job for the the prompt response and also the service and 1 year guarantee.

We are renting and our shower drain was backing up. I called Lalo's and the crew came out within a couple of hours. Which was wonderful since I called at 5 and have 4 kids. After a couple of hours the everything worked great. Then two weeks later the drains started to back up again. Lalo's gave us a 30 day guarantee. I called and spoke with Oscar. He came out right away and said he had to look under the house. Bad news there was a big hole in the sewer pipe. The pipe was really old and rotting. We called Oscar the next day and asked if he could come out and fix it for us. He gave us a quote and even gave us a discount. He came out the next day and fixed the pipe. Everything works great now. Oscar cleaned up everything and there was no mess. THANKS SO MUCH OSCAR!!!

I called them and explain what is my problem and ask how much will it cost me, after 30 mins they show up and Oscar is really honest the price and what they are going to do. No hidden cost or extra work in fact he even gave me a discount and a month warranty! You guys rock!

My shower drain was backed up. Called a plumber from preferred plumbing. The guy shows up takes a look at the shower and tells me it's a main line problem. Since my bathrooms are back to back he needs to remove both toilets in order to snake the drain. NIGHTMARE! Long story short 2 1/2 hours later with sewage all over the floor and walls because the snake never made it down the main drain, but always through to the other bathroom. Anyway, he gave up and left me with no toilet use and the worst mess to clean up.
I called Lalo's I told them the problem they were there within 30 minutes. They came in a looked at the mess and said the best result would be to flush it from the roof. It cost more money, but within minutes my drains were clear. He ran the water in the shower and down the drain it went. They were in and out in 30 minutes. FANTASTIC JOB. THANK YOU LALO'S.
I ended up cleaning the huge mess that the first plumber made.

Lalo seems to be getting the typical issue where a contractor gets too popular, and starts sending out just his associates.

If you get Lalo in person, you should get a great experience. He looks like a muscle-builder and is pretty well-groomed. Most likely he will have his headset 100% of the time.

My last experience was with his associates - which could have been better.

His 2 ""associates"" did an OK and competent job, but.... I felt I was overcharged. It was a simple toilet swap out - no major gymastics or issues. At the last minute, they claimed the wall required a major part, and quoted this at $75 extra. Well, It took them just 5 min labor and I don't think the part cost that much !

In this profession it's tough to get them to do onsite estimates. I still recommend them, but be aware if it's just his associates, and they don't surprise you with last minute parts and hold you hostage.

Ignacio showed up within 1hr from reporting a problem and not only took care of the water leak but also fixed an issue which was created by the previous plumber. I highly recommend Lalo as they were very professional, speedy and cost-effective.

We had a clogged main line,and tried for two days with drain opener,plungers and a snake and still could not get the line cleared so after reading a lot of reviews on Yelp I decided to go with Lalo's Sewer and drain.
I spoke to Lalo himself he said it would be a little while before he could get someone to Sunnyvale and said no problem.
Jorge and another guy showed up and looked at the plumbing and said he could snake it out but since we don't have a clean out on the ground and has to be done from the pipe on the roof.(I already knew this) Jorge said it would be $350.00 to snake the drain. I said no way that is too much, He said $300.00 is as low as he could go I did not feel like waiting for another plumber so I agreed. They were able to get the drain clear.
The website says that they accept credit cards but Jorge said he did not have a machine to take credit cards and could I write a check which is what I did.
I will not be using Lalo's Sewer and Drain again, They charge to much and act like it bothers them to do the job they are getting paid to do.

Horhay and another individual came over for the garbage disposal repair as scheduled. They spent about 10 minutes and found that the disposal wasn't working mostly because of lemon/lime peels I've been adding to the disposal for the nice scent in the sink. I was about fell off the floor when Horhay told me the cost was $95 after getting all the peels out. I wrote the check then call their number to let them know that was a lot more than expected. I ended up speaking to Lilo and he said because the estimate of expected price was never given for the types of service, he asked Horhay to return the check and he did. I gave 5 stars for the resolved garbage disposal problem and Lilo's approach to handling my call. I'll call Lilo again next time I'm in need of the plumbing services.

They came out and put a camera down our pipes to view the jungle of roots entangled with our pipes. They gave a reasonable estimate of the job that needs to be done. I look forward to extreme happiness after they are done
