Thank you so much for fixing my water heater, because of you my babies were about to take a warm bath! I had called another plumber said he would be my house between 5:00 pm and 6:30, 630 came around and he had not showed up. I panicked called text and call him he did not return any of my calls or Text. I started searching to search Yelp call about 3 other plumber no one would come out that late, had to wait until am... Finally I get to Lalo's I explained my situation, they said they would be at my house within an hour, they were at my house within 20 mins! Plumber was professional speedy and explained everything to us. It was such a wonderful experience, that they will be doing some more work in my bathroom. I cannot say thank you enough!

I asked Lalo's and others for a quote on yelp for a clogged toilet. Lalo's was the first to respond and arrived at the slated time and totally fixed the problem. I live in a second story condo and so Lalo went the extra mile to ensure that the line downstairs was fine as well. I am definitely going to suggest these guys to my friends.

After an extended game of phone tag, emails, one stop by the house, and trying to schedule them to do the work with no one getting back to us, I'm giving up. They were nice, but just too slow at getting back to me. Perhaps a $120 new sink install just wasn't a priority for them. Called a new plumber today.

I had an issue with the valve in my shower. No water pressure, and limited hot water. Lalo sent two great guys out to fix it on a SUNDAY, which was great, and very convenient for me. The guys worked clean (laying out tarps to walk back and forth across my carpet), fast and very professional. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. If you need a great Plumber in the South Bay, Lalo is your man!

Fast, reasonable, good work. Requested a quote and they were here within an hour and a half to unclog the kitchen drain. Also used them before to replace a bathroom sink. Very happy with them and I'm writing my review so I remember to use them again in the future :)

After breaking a poorly installed plastic water pipe outside late one evening and having water shooting everywhere, I discovered that the faucet would not stop the flow completely, and I was not equipped to turn off the main water line. Of course everything was closed...

I called Lalo and described the issue, sent him some pics, and he gave me a quote to come out the next day. I had managed to staunch the worst of the flow so there was no reason to have him send someone out that night, although he was willing if need be.

After returning home from work I saw the damaged area had been replaced and we could shower again.

As far as the work, it was done competently, but I thought they were going to replace more of the shoddy plastic based on our conversation. All in all I was happy and feel I got my money's worth. Even if they spent less than $10 in parts and less than an hour, it was worth it coming home to see the problem fixed without the hassle of waiting for someone to show up while taking off work.

Lessons learned: Buy a water main shutoff tool, and you don't need an expensive one, either, (I think I paid $7 for one at Dale's). And if it's something you can't fix, call Lalo!
