My water heater needed to be replaced but still had 2 months left on the warranty.

I called another local plumbing person who got to my home, tried to hard sell me to buy a new water heater from the back of his van. I mentioned about the warranty and he said that's not his job.

Neighbor recommended me Lalo. Talked w/ Lalo, told him the situation, and he came over and checked the water heater and confirmed I should be getting a new one under warranty and just pay for labor.

He made some calls, went and got me the new water heater, installed it, and I only had to pay for labor which was a reasonable prices.

He could have easily tricked me and made me spend thousands of dollars on a new water heater when this was under warranty. But he didnt - and he got a customer for life now!

Lalo's came on time and scoped out my drain blockage problem without any charges. The technician was very capable and found the problem quickly. I was somewhat concerned since my house is a little complicated. It has 4 bathrooms on multiple levels, the blockage was at a junction of several pipes that connected together in the garage. Luckily they were able to cut roots that had grown into the 4"" pipe over the years. They were respectful of my house and completed the job quickly and at a very fair price. I recommend this company.

We had a mystery leak running down the street and Lalos team tracked it down in an old unused sprinkler system. They had to dig and cap off a few lines before they found the source of the complicated mess--and did a great job and put in a cut off valve for me. Then they installed a new spigot and did it all in copper pipe. The old pvc was just a mess. Thank you Eli, Junior and Jeffrey. Great work. They were all very respectful of the property and very sweet guys. Hard workers and really proud of their work. Great team. Lalo was very nice on the phone and worked me into the schedule quickly. I reached out to Lalo's via Yelp and they were the first to respond to my request. A toilet scrub brush was flushed down my toilet. Within 2 days the bathroom and shower pipes were resisting water and as expected water started flowing out of showers and toilets. Anyhow, Lalo informed me that they would arrive 8 am - 9 am. They showed up about 8:30, found the item causing the clog, got it out and was done within 20 minutes! Excellent customer service!
