It was time to replace a broken toilet flange and angle stop in the bathroom. After calling around and getting a few quotes we decided to go with Lakeside who quoted a firm upfront price. No tech had to come out to """"estimate"""". This was refreshing and a deal maker. Jackie gave a time slot which was met reasonably close. We texted a couple of pics of our job to Jackie who made sure the plumber had a heads up on the project. So glad we chose Lakeside. Jack our technician listened carefully to our concerns and executed a great repair in a short amount of time. Jack was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He wore a uniform and booties. The professional staff at Lakeside was able to address, thoroughly explain, and quickly remedy an issue that has existed on some level ever since my A/C system was installed 9 years ago (by another local company that failed to address it during installation, and) that resulted in recurring issues at the onset of every summer. I sought help from several other local companies (none of them could effectively resolve the issue), before being referred to Lakeside by a friend. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Nick was so thorough in his inspection and explanation of one of the main issues causing my recurring summer nightmare of an A/C that struggled (and frequently failed) year after agonizing year to keep my house at a comfortable temperature. The gentlemen that came and made the repairs the following day were also fantastic, polite, friendly, and thorough. My A/C started working better than it ever had within an hour of their departure. As long as Ron and his team are here, I will NECER go anywhere else for my A/C needs.

What an amazing job done right!. Thank you Lakeside so much for coming out and fixing both shower issues. It took another company Drain2go ( do not recommend ) three times to come out and then tell us it's a insurance issue. Jack came out and once he knew what it would take to get the job done he got us up and running right away.
