Overall great experience from the receptionist to the service department. My old a/c unit went out and the service department promptly came to my residence to investigate the problem. Lakeside gave me an honest opinion on whether to repair or replace the unit. The unit was ultimately replaced and it was installed without a hitch.

It is Sunday and I must have called 30 A/C places trying to get my A/C fixed. Did I mention it's Sunday. And it's summer in Florida. Most places I called had answering services who had people call me back to say they can't come out till Monday. When I called Lakeside first of all it was the owners voicemail I got. He called me back right away and let me know he would send someone within a couple hours. Robert came out and within five minutes he had it fixed. Thank you Lakeside we will only use your company from now on.

I recently had a complete new central heat & air installation from Lakeside. They provided a great experience from the first call to them to follow up after the installation. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and thorough. I have had complete systems installed in other homes using other contractors and this is by far the best looking installation and best performing one. Oh, and did I mention the best price? It was time to replace a broken toilet flange and angle stop in the bathroom. After calling around and getting a few quotes we decided to go with Lakeside who quoted a firm upfront price. No tech had to come out to """"estimate"""". This was refreshing and a deal maker. Jackie gave a time slot which was met reasonably close. We texted a couple of pics of our job to Jackie who made sure the plumber had a heads up on the project. So glad we chose Lakeside. Jack our technician listened carefully to our concerns and executed a great repair in a short amount of time. Jack was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He wore a uniform and booties. Incredibly happy customer!! Not only did they provide the BEST option out of 4 quotes I obtained. They took time to answer all my questions and teach me about what I was buying so I could make a truly informed decision. I didn't feel like I was being SOLD I feel like they were actually helping me which showed they CARE. They further proved they cared by making sure everything worked and was programmed to my satisfaction. I couldn't get the WiFi feature to work. I attempted to contact customer service on the device to fix myself but couldn't. Instead of sending me to instructions or back to customer service they sent out one of their techs who had some knowledge and success on IT stuff. It took several attempts but they stayed and troubleshot until they got it working! Excellent customer service. GREAT TEAM! Even if you have to pay a tad bit more (which I didn't cause they had the best deal)... it's worth it! Nothing beats great customer service. Found out they do plumbing too. They will definitely be my one stop shop for Heating, Air, & Plumbing because I know I can trust them. Grateful!

We just moved into a new home last week after moving to Florida and the AC went out ! We called lakeside and they sent someone over within the hour ! The technician Nick was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with our current system. He walked us through each step. After realizing we needed a new system he helped us pick the best affordable system for our home. The next day Omar and the team had our new AC installed. They were so quiet I never heard them working while in our home !!! We can't say enough about Lakeside. Please call them when you need professional honest work done on your heating and cooling !!!!
