I’m David Ladd. I was raised in the plumbing business by my dad, a master plumber and gained valuable insights into running a successful business. I love connecting with new customers and developing long-term relationships.

He never showed up on gameday. WTF. I called 2-3 times that day, left a message offering to let him come any time that day, and then inviting him to come back the next day - but never got a reply. Did he knock and I didn't hear it? I suppose its possible, but not likely. If that was the case - wouldn't you call?
I can understand schedules get re-arranged, I can even understand there are probably more profitable jobs out there than installing my piddly vanity... but no phone call or explanation and wasting my time is not something to be tolerated.
