Our company, Ladd Plumbing and Heating is a family-operated company serving the greater Boston area since 1963. We hold all necessary licenses and insurance. We take pride in our ability to resolve any plumbing challenges you face. We believe in being honest, dependable, and fair. We understand the importance of your home and will treat it with utmost care.
I’m David Ladd. I grew up learning the trade from my father, a master plumber and saw how to operate a thriving business. I enjoy meeting new clients and building lasting relationships.

He never showed up on gameday. WTF. I called 2-3 times that day, left a message offering to let him come any time that day, and then inviting him to come back the next day - but never got a reply. Did he knock and I didn't hear it? I suppose its possible, but not likely. If that was the case - wouldn't you call?
I can understand schedules get re-arranged, I can even understand there are probably more profitable jobs out there than installing my piddly vanity... but no phone call or explanation and wasting my time is not something to be tolerated.
