We recently hired La Quinta Plumbing Solutions to replace our nearly 20 year old water heater, before it gave up the ghost, with a tankless one. Carlos showed up on time for the quote, took some time to understand our plumbing situation and our needs, then sent back a quote that was less than half one of the other quotes we got. Quotes were all over the place price wise. Carlos and his team showed up on time for the install and stayed into the evening, on a hot Saturday, to complete the heater replacement and get the WiFi interface working (the heater worked fine, just the WiFi was being a pain). The crew cleaned up well after themselves. His ""IT"" guy came back a couple days later to complete the WiFi setup. We're very happy with the new heater and love the fact that we don't have to run the water for so long to get hot water in the shower in the back of the house. We'll be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

We are very happy with the service from Carlos. He has come by twice not to fix things on our punch list from purchasing a house in The Cove. We do not need to look for anyone else to do plumbing for the house, as Carlos will now be our first call. Carlos has done all the plumbing work in my condo since 2016. He has been with me through every detail of both bathroom remodels and more. He removed the old bathtubs and installed new ones. He replaced the shower valves, all the piping behind the walls in both bathrooms, and installed all the new fixtures. He replaced all the valves in the bathroom sinks, the laundry room, and the hose spigots. He diagnosed multiple water leaks and helped me resolve them in a timely fashion. When the HOAs designated plumber failed to respond to a prepaid job he came out and safely turned the gas back on after a major gas leak left the HOA without gas for weeks. As a single female it's so important to feel safe with the person doing work in your home. I trust him so much I oftentimes leave him a key so he can do work in my absence. He offers fair prices and has a friendly personality. As long as he is in business I will never use another plumbing company.

I called Carlos for a leak under my house- for which we had to turn all the water to the home OFF. He showed up for the first appointment- Found the leak and said its very muddy under the home from the leak- he said to LEAVE the water off- and he would be back at the end of the day to fix the leak. For the next 5 days- he kept calling and postponing the service. All the while telling us to leave the water off so it can dry out. I called another plumber Valley Wide- they were very busy but gave me an appt for the next day- which is now the third day without ANY water. Carlos called on the third day and pushed the appt again - Day 4- Carlos said he would be there at the end of the 4th day. Valley Wide came at 8AM and fixed the leak in 20 minutes. The reason why I decided to write this negative review is because he had the nerve to call in the afternoon on the 4th day to push to the next day- Guaranteeing he would show up on the 5th day. So I told him fine- even tho the job was done- Needless to say on the 5th day he never showed, never called, and never answered my calls.

We replaced our 19 year old hot water heater with a tankless unit. So glad we did, less noise (we had a ton of sediment in our old tank), and now an endless supply of hot water. The owner was quick with responding to our inquiry for a quote and provided helpful information on how to correctly apply for the rebate that is offered on the system we purchased. I would use this company again for any plumbing issues/projects.
