Great service. We had a kitchen faucet installed and it was done in less then an hour. Had some issues with it a few weeks later and he came back to remove some sediment from the cartridge and only charged me $35 for about 25 min or work. Prices are very reasonable. Can't recommend him enough.

Excellent plumber! When our hot water heater flooded our garage, Carlos responded swiftly, arrived in the window of time offered (with a 30 minute call he was on his way), and replaced the heater. He is fast, efficient and his prices are fair. He also replaced our stiff shower cartridges and installed a recirculating pump - we have warm water in our master without waiting 5 minutes! Really happy with Smart Plumbing - I would definitely HIGHLY recommend him.

We had been taking COLD showers in the master for a while. It was kind of like, cardio-cleansing as you had to jump & move while the ice water bounced off of your skin.

I finally ponied up by calling Carlos. He was quick to respond, and he recommended a plan of action. Even though the cartridge could have merely been replaced, we decided to do away with the old lever fixture as well. This included a new valve fitting too.

Now, it feels like your are being POWER WASHED with warm water. The cost was well worth it, and Carlos was tidy & communicative during the process. I almost want the other shower cartridges to wear out now.

Um, no I don't. I will definitely call Carlos first in the future.

Carlos has done two projects for me, and I would highly recommend him. The first project was in March 2018 were I called him mid morning with a broken water heater situation he came out and was able to install a new heater that afternoon. He was very thorough in explaining how to maintain and left the space cleaner than he had found it. He then came out in April 2018 when I needed a plumber because two of my kitchen sinks were blocked. He cleaned out all of my lines and gave me recommendations on treatment options to prevent future problems. I feel that he is very trust worthy, professional and reliable.

Carlos came to my house to fix my garbage disposal and water heater (boiler). I made an appt and he came in on time, was very detail and explaining all the process and price. I found Carlos through Yelp and received bids from three other companies to replace my water heater. Carlos' bid was similar to one other but he was much more responsive and thorough with his bid. I am a vacation rental homeowner so I was unable to be here for the installation. When I arrived I couldn't believe how professional of an installation I encountered. I am in real estate in Seattle and deal with water heater installs all of the time and this is one of the best I have seen! For a plumber to use ""zip ties"" around the insulation shows attention to detail. There was also an issue with the new heater and he came out immediately to remedy the situation. I was so impressed that I have decided to have Carlos install a Pelican whole house softener and filtration system as it is something I had been thinking about. Just so you know, Carlos did not sell me on this, it was me asking him. No worries about being up-sold. Lastly, the city inspector also commented on how good the installation was and the permit was signed literally in one minute. I would HIGHLY recommend his services!
