LA Low Flush was excellent from start to finish. We used them for Retrofitting in order to be compliant with the LA DWP when selling our home. When they inspected our home, everything checked out compliant, but our gas shut off valve. Ricky at LA Low Flush was super knowledgeable about what what needed to be done and did the install in less than 1 hour. They even came before the appointment start time, called beforehand as a courtesy, and after the job was done...walked me through everything. Don't take any short-cuts when it comes to this type of stuff and hire only the best - LA Low Flush. Larissa was amazing as well when walking me through the process, sending the invoice & compliance document in order to close Escrow. I highly recommend and would give more stars if I could.

Used LA Low Flush as recommended by my escrow company for an inspection. Due to my ignorance, I waited too long to engage their services and needed a tight turnaround on the inspection and issues arising therefrom. These issues included a permit from the city as well as installation of new smoke detectors. LA Low Flush helped me to pull the permit from the city in record time and saved me the headache of hours on hold with LA City Dept of Building Safety and got everything up to code and signed off on in record time in order to enable me to finalize my escrow in time, and right before a holiday weekend. I probably drove the receptionist crazy with the number of phone calls I made to her but she didn't show it. She was kind and professional and helpful with each call.
