Literally amazing. I used to use Metro Retrofit but after a bad experience with them I was referred to LA Low Flush and oh my gosh the difference is incredible. Not only did Larissa help me get an exemption for a historical/architectural bathroom but she was so sweet and patient about helping me... even before I had even scheduled an appointment! Marcus came out to do the inspection and was so kind, fast, thorough and thoughtful. I am just absolutely blown away by their customer service and efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough. A+++++

I have utilized LA Low Flush's services for two decades now and find that from their front office to their technicians, there is no better retrofitting company. Accommodations are made when we have limited time to complete the projects which is always appreciated.
Except for the fact that their company name is a bit ridiculous, they are the best of the best if you are in need of expert retrofitting.

My escrow company referred me to TWO retrofitting companies because I needed to have an Earthquake gas valve shutoff installed before I could sell my house. One company started with an ""M"" and the other was LA Low Flush. The ""M"" one came here, quoted me a low price of 350 over the phone, then came out to my house and upped the price to 1400. I told them to take a hike and then read on yelp how these companies price gorge because they know they have you, you need the work to sell your house, and you don't know the fair price for the work needed. I called Alma at LA Low Flush and she assured me that they do not price that way, she let me send pics of my gas line to her and she quoted me 538.00 for my gas line work, permits, and inspection/certification of everything else. Personal service, fair pricing and the tech was a great guy and did great work. I highly recommend this company. They are good people.
