Used LA Low Flush as recommended by my escrow company for an inspection. Due to my ignorance, I waited too long to engage their services and needed a tight turnaround on the inspection and issues arising therefrom. These issues included a permit from the city as well as installation of new smoke detectors. LA Low Flush helped me to pull the permit from the city in record time and saved me the headache of hours on hold with LA City Dept of Building Safety and got everything up to code and signed off on in record time in order to enable me to finalize my escrow in time, and right before a holiday weekend. I probably drove the receptionist crazy with the number of phone calls I made to her but she didn't show it. She was kind and professional and helpful with each call. Happy to have had them as a resource.

Literally amazing. I used to use Metro Retrofit but after a bad experience with them I was referred to LA Low Flush and oh my gosh the difference is incredible. Not only did Larissa help me get an exemption for a historical/architectural bathroom but she was so sweet and patient about helping me... even before I had even scheduled an appointment! Marcus came out to do the inspection and was so kind, fast, thorough and thoughtful. I am just absolutely blown away by their customer service and efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough. A+++++

I have utilized LA Low Flush's services for two decades now and find that from their front office to their technicians, there is no better retrofitting company. Accommodations are made when we have limited time to complete the projects which is always appreciated.
Except for the fact that their company name is a bit ridiculous, they are the best of the best if you are in need of expert retrofitting.
