Driver of van 6080 was weaving in and out of traffic, not using his turn signals, AND, not surprising, talking on his phone while driving on the freeway. I alerted the company and they never responded to me.
The company clearly doesn't care about public safety, so I doubt they care about your drains.

This company is on call for emergencies at my building. Our upstairs neighbor had backed up bathroom, so the plumber was supposed to come to them, snake it, then come to us to snake our bathroom in case it backs up. The plumber was supposed to come Monday, then Tuesday, then today between 5-8pm, so we had to wait home every time they gave us time slot. He showed up at upstairs neighbor at 10pm! Started snaking, so the whole building is shaking, and after upstairs neighbor he is supposed to come to us. We are working people, so I need to get up at 5am. This company is so very unprofessional.

This company is the on-call plumber for my apartment building. I had a plumbing emergency (water overflowing from sink causing water damage) and called in at 3:30pm. They gave a window of 5-7:30pm and showed up at 9:30pm. What's the point of an on-call plumber if they show up 6 hours later to an emergency? Also, when my building's on-call maintenance person called the company to nudge them about our emergency, the receptionist said she didn't have a number to reach the plumber, and could only page him. Yikes.

Receptionist are miserable ladies who are not interested. I had two no shows, no follow up. They rescheduled again, no show. After hours of back and forth and 3 days into this headache, they came and said they couldn't snake it. I had someone else come and fix the issue right away. I think they all just didn't want to be there or care about the job.

Two other plumbers suggested respectively a flange replacement inside the wall and a full clean out valve because the could not find one. LA Hydro jet came and used an 80 foot snake at 1/4 the cost. Enough said and thank you.

While I almost went for the other options, I sat back and decided to give the bigger company a try. Thank you for not disappointing me. Bigger can sometimes be better.

They gave us a window never showed up. We called back they gave us another time window that they would showed up and guess what. They did not show up. I called back and the lady on the phone sounded like she didn't want to be there. Told us they would call back and never called back. Please avoid a bigger headache and find another more reliable company.

Called them out because my shower was draining slow and started backing up into my bathtub. The technician said he would clear the main line. He ran the snake but said there was no blockage just standing water. I told him that we do not have a problem with the other 2 bathrooms or the kitchen so that would make sense that it isn't a mainline issue and it is a problem with this one shower. He left without addressing the shower itself. The shower continued to drain slow until it came to a stop again after about 5 uses I called them out to address it with their 90 warranty and they told me this is a separate issue, he cleared the mainline the last time he was here and this time they would have to charge me to clear the shower. They never fixed the problem initially, just did their go to mainline clearing and now they want to charge me again. No thank you calling someone else. So much for 90 warranty - that basically means they will come back out and tell you that you have a new problem.

This whole company is amazing. Friendly, responsive, on-time, honest, great attitudes from every single person we spoke with. We saw a guy in one of their trucks and pulled over to talk to him - despite us ambushing him, he was super friendly, patient, and helpful. He gave us the main number to call. When we called for a CCTV inspection of our sewer lateral, we were surprised to get such a quick appointment. I expected to pay to have the toilet removed to access the lines, but they were able to find the cleanout access, saving me $100. The CCTV inspection was quick and easy. They found some roots, made a recommendation, and were on their way quickly. They also gave me a flash drive with the video - no extra charge for that! Everyone we talked with was SOOOO nice and it's clear they love their jobs - they make things fun. We're waiting on the proposal for jetting to clear out the roots, but the informal proposal via phone was very reasonable. We'll keep their number on file for any future plumbing issues. If you're in the La Mirada/Whittier/Norwalk area, ask for Frank to do your jetting and be nice to the awesome office folks in dispatch!

A few weeks ago my neighbor had a plumber by the name of Jose from L.A. Hydro-Jet at his house in Simi Valley. As Jose was leaving the job i watched him explain to the customer his situation I thought to myself this guy is fantastic and his customer service was amazing. Push forward three weeks later i have a blockage and my wife called another well known plumbing company to come the following day. Well known plumbing company sent their salesman (Oops meant plumber out) and he spent two hours turning a clean out into a we need $4200.00 to break your kitchen and replace the pipe. Called L.A. Hydro-Jet and lucky me i got Jose same as my neighbor. 15 minutes later my drain was un-clogged and i found a new plumbing company. The reason L.A. Hydro-jet has a new customer is because of Jose with his attitude and perseverance to get the job done as well as ensuring the customer was satisfied. Thank you Jose and L.A. Hydro-Jet!
