Update:
After having my general contractor come out to install a new main drain clean out, I had Kyle come back out to do a rooter service. He was once again, responsive and prompt and took care of the blockage quickly. I intend to call him again when needed, and I've recommended him to my friends and family.

I called Kyle after reading his good reviews. I wasn't sure if I had a serious plumbing issue or if it was perhaps just my kitchen garbage disposal.

We spoke on the phone and he made several suggestions first regarding the disposal, odors, use etc. I had already tried all of these with minimal results - but it was good to know I was potentially on the right track. We made an appointment for him to come and replace the garbage disposal (15 years old). I purchased the garbage disposal.

Kyle arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He replaced the disposal in short orders. After he left and I was running water for a bit, I noticed there was some sort of leak. I discovered one of the rubber hoses attached to the disposal was corroded and had split and was leaking.

I called Kyle and he returned later in the afternoon. He apologized for not seeing the bad hose - he replaced the hose. No more leak. All is well. And it was indeed the disposal causing the original issue.

Walking out the house to drop my husband off at work Saturday morning, we noticed the clean-out was backed up in the front yard from the sewer. I got on yelp and sent out a few quote requests. Kyle responded immediately and gave us the lowest price quote (more than 50% less than the commercial plumbing companies) and was able to come to our house immediately.

Kyle was fast and very detailed explaining what the issue was. He never attempted to add on any unnecessary services or charges. He would be the first I call for any future plumbing issues.

Wow! Great experience. definite A+++, more than 5 stars, no joke! I had an unknown ongoing under sink water leak discovered on Friday of this Labor Day holiday weekend, with some cabinet and floor damage. I called Kyle to help me change out the faucet and attend to the areas that water was leaking through as I'd figured out on my own where the leaks were occurring. From my description of when the leaks occurred, he accurately diagnosed by phone that my dishwasher drain line was clogged and this was causing improper discharge from the air gap that was then leaking through holes under my sink faucet. While I had known exactly where the leaks we coming from, I hadn't known that the water drain from the air gap was actually signaling a problem with the drain line discharge. My dishwasher has always drained that way and I'd thought it was normal. OMG, this drain line has been clogged for years...

So, Kyle offered to come out Friday evening for his low $95 service call price to both clear the drain line and replace the faucet. A small business plumber quoted me $225 for the same services.

I needed to delay the repair to Saturday and Kyle was happy to do so and fit me into his Saturday schedule. As he worked, he found the old faucet threading had rusted badly due to water seeping through below it and he had to cut the old faucet off to get it out. No price bump for the unexpected snafu.

He explained everything! He also suggested I buy my own drain snake for less than $30 to maintain the drain line in the future so I don't have further clogging issues, and he recommended where I might find a good one. So, he saves me that next problem call to him or someone else in the future.

I love when I find someone who approaches their work as a craftsman with honesty and integrity. Here you will find that. The emphasis on customer service took it to the next level. More than once I was asked if I had questions or concerns. Kyle also asked, in closing, if there was anything else he could do to provide excellent customer service.

Great overall experience. This is precisely how people should run their businesses.
