He was up front about something I wanted to do saying it may lead to more issues by swapping over some plumbing instead of just doing it and having me find out after it was too late. Not all contractors do this and they are fine if more issues arise so they can bill you for more hours. I really appreciate the honesty. Highly recommended!

We used Kyle back in May to install a garbage disposal and he did awesome work. Come August and our toilet went out so he was the natural one to call to have a new one installed. Kyle was able to get out quickly and told me which valve and hose to buy. Sooo.... my fault the toilet I bought was too long (rough in length) for the space but we didn't discover this until after the old one was out and the new one was ready to go in. Long story short we researched one that would do the job and I ran back to the store and picked up a new one while he waited! This one fit (snug but fits!) in our small old bathroom and after that he was able to get everything installed professionally and did a great job! After all this he didn't even charge me more than he quoted and it took over 2 hours! On top of everything, Kyle is an awesome guy, friendly with a laid back attitude and absolutely the type of person I would hire to do anything in the future.

kyle was prompt and a great guy. he replaced things and the toilet works now. I thought I could replace the angle valve myself on the two toilets we have but the ferrule was frozen because it was 50 years old. I am so glad I called him before I destroyed anything. His price was reasonable and I would hire him again anytime.

Kyle was awesome! Called and needed toilet repair, he showed up a few hours later after working 2 jobs/repairs before mine. He was upbeat, ready to repair and knowledgeable as to why I was having problems and how to prevent them. He actually had to unclog the pipe to the toilet from the back and front of my house so it was a complex repair and took more time than estimated. Kyle was a great guy about how long it took and kept a good sense of humor, he said he was just happy to have completed the job and that I could use my toilet again. Kyle is my go-to for repairs. Kyle was great! He came out in less than 24 hours even though we had a non-urgent issue (just a clogged bathtub train that we didn't use very often), spent the time to fix the problem, and made sure we knew how to fix it without having to call him back next time. Not only that he cost half as much as any of the other places we contacted. Will definitely contact Kyle again if we need anything else.
