Great service. He came to fix a leaky toilet and ended up fixing two, while he was there (even though it meant he had to run out to get a part from Home Depot). He was courteous, responsive and very reasonably priced (even though he ended up having to run out to Home Depot for us). I will use him again!

I called Kyle with a request for service at our new home, where our guest bathroom toilet was not working. I left him a messae and within 30minutes, he returned my call. He was not going to be able to make it out the same day, as he had another appointment in El Dorado at 4pm. He asked me a series of questions and determined that the most likely cause of the guest bathroom problems was a clogged toilet from the previous owners. He suggested I purchase a snake from Home Depot, explained the cost of the snake was about $55 and would pay for itself if we used it twice, and directed me on the proper technique for using the snake in the most effective way. He told me that if the snake was ineffective, it was likely due to the roots of a tree planted right outside of the bathroom and would require some work to fix the problem. He reassured me that if I had any questions, or if the snake didn't work, I could call him back and we would figure things out. Kyle was extremely professional, honest, helpful, and prompt with his response time. I will absolutely be using him for any future plumbing needs.

It seems to be hit or miss with Kyle, sent him a text 4 days ago, figured it would be less obtrusive, but still no response. I say if you are lucky enough to get him great, but don't keep trying if you don't because you will be wasting your time.

I called Kyle and he was at my house two hours later! I dropped my travel size contact solution bottle in the toilet (oops) - so it was clogged and wasn't flushing. He had to remove my toilet and there's a whole process to that, but he explained the whole thing to me in case I ever needed to do this again (Hopefully not!),

It took a couple of days to get a return call but once we connected, he came over the next day to fix my leaking shower. Kyle is very polite and professional and explained what he was doing at each step. He had to leave twice to get parts but got the job day same day and offered a 30 day guarantee. I'm very pleased with his work.

Very, very honest! Showed up at my house and my toilet suddenly flushed after not working for several days. He didn't even charge me for a visit. Kyle is the best! I was desperate to get my newly purchased garbage disposal Installed. Lowes couldn't install it for two weeks! I called Kyle, and he arrived 30 minutes later!! I was lucky, because he had another job near my location that afternoon. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, had very reasonable fees, and we had a fun conversation while he completed the job!
