Kyle was great! He did a great job with our leaky toilet and sink. His rates are VERY reasonable. He didn't have all of the parts needed to fix our problem in his truck so he went over to the local Home Improvement store and purchased all of the items needed. Within a couple of hours, everything was fixed and back to normal. In an industry filled with con-artists and scammers, it's very nice to have someone who doesn't try to overcharge you or up-sell you on repairs that aren't needed.

We will be calling Kyle again for any plumbing or general handyman services in the future!

Spoke with Kyle on the first try; he explained the possible problems and solutions to my leaky faucet, slumping sink and drenched cabinets. He even gave me an estimate over the phone. Kyle was on time and quickly went to work. He carefully fixed what he could, the leaky faucet, and gave a clear explanation of what work a carpenter would need to do. He was kind enough to look at a pesky door handle that kept falling off; he fixed that in less than five minutes. What a relief! No exorbitant fees, no confusion and now I have a plumber that I will definitely call again.

Had been having some serious issues with a clogged drain affecting both the utility sink/washer and our kitchen sink.
We tried all the usual DIY approaches, including draino, vinegar and baking soda, snake, etc... to no avail. Finally gave in on a Sunday afternoon and called Kyle. He came out at 7pm and after his initial shock at the pluming situation in our house (clearly not installed by a professional) he was able to clear it up in about 30 minutes for less than $100. Overall we were thrilled with the quick response and immediate solution.

Kyle knows the way to gain business is to have top notch customer service. I read a few of his Yelp reviews and decided to give him a call.

I had a leak in my bath tub, he came over today (Sunday) and was so helpful! Not only does he extremely fair reasonable rates, he got me a snake at Home Depot (that I reimbursed him for) and taught me how to use it! You read that right- a plumber taught me how to use a tool not to have to call a plumber so often! When he left he asked him there was anything he could help me with or explain.

I will definitely be using him again, and appreciate the level of service he delivered.

a man of integrity! a rare specie! installed a new faucet for way less than the first plumber we called. he was very patient in answering my dad's questions. dad regrets not giving more. unfortunately, we had a lot of expenses recently, but will surely give more than whats asked next time.

wow- I'm super impressed. Highly highly recommend this guy- Kyle is really great. I've been having some minor, non-urgent issues with my toilet so I had him come out and take a look. He was able to come out quickly (within a day). When he came over, of course, my toilet was on it's best behavior- working just fine. :o/ We flushed it many times and he believes maybe toilet paper was a problem but toilet paper eventually dissipates and water flows easily again.

I mentioned a few other things I wanted to do-ie. replace a shower head and he explained the simple process of swapping out a shower head. He would have demonstrated how to use a toilet snake- but since there wasn't a problem- he didn't need to. But how nice is that? For him to show us how to easily fix things so we don't have to call plumbers for every little problem is just awesome. Most plumbers would fix easy, minor problems and charge as if it were a major problem. Not Kyle- and now he is my official plumber for everything now!

Oh, and one more (major) thing- he was here for at least half an hour and since there was no repair needed to be done- he didn't even charge me for showing up. If I had cash on me, I would've insisted on paying him at least gas money. I am very happy and pleased- I just can't say it enough. Especially after getting gouged by Armstrong a few years ago- go see my review on that... Thank you again, Kyle!

Within 20 minutes of talking to Kyle on the phone, he was at our house! He immediately went right to work fixing a leak that flooded our garage. He snaked all of our drains and continuously checked to make sure the clog was gone. He worked on all the drains for over an hour, explain everything he was doing. He was very professional and knowledgeable! The price he had quoted us on the phone was the price we paid. He assured us that if the problem persisted, he would come back FREE OF CHARGE for a month after he fixed it. I would definitely recommend him!

Kyle called back in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to set up a morning appointment for the following day. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the process in detail and even went to Lowe's to pick up additional parts for the project. We had two bathroom sink faucets we needed installed and the price was very reasonable.

He also stayed a bit longer to answer my questions about another project I had in mind and directed me on the right path for my needs.

I am a first time home buyer and recently widowed. My first experience with Kyle was great. It was Memorial weekend and ridiculously hot. Kyle worked for several hours with no shade and solved the problem. He was kind and friendly and showed me ways to save money instead of just letting me depend on him, I recently had an issue and he tried to help me by suggesting that I call the city and was not going to charge me, I insisted that he do the work and he really helped me out, as usual at the last minute. He was great fun to talk with and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks Kyle!
