I wish I could give Kurt Bohmer Plumbing a 10 Star rating because this company Rocks! I had a plumbing problem (clogged sewer line causing back up in down stairs bathroom).
I called American Home Shield (my home warranty company) who sent out a local plumbing company from Newhall and what a disaster that was, they couldn't find the clog so they left knowing I couldn't use any of the toilets/ shower and etc without my main sewer line backing up in the bottom bathroom.
A friend told me about Kurt Bohmer Plumbing, so I gave them a call and explained what happened and Richard said he would send Steve out to help me.
After I explained my problem to Steve he suggested removing the clog with the Hydro jetter, yes it is more expensive than the other way but it does the job fast ! Within 15 min I head a pop and Steve explained to me that was the sound of the clog being dislodged and now my sewer line is clear!
Now mind you the other plumbing company spent 3 hours at my house, used 120' of the drain auger and said they couldn't find the clog... In 15 minutes Steve found the clog at 53 feet !! once the clog was clear Steve used a camera to look down the sewer pipe to make sure there were no other problems like roots/cracked pipe and etc.

I never gives reviews but this time I wanted to share my experience with this company and to say THANK YOU to STEVE who even though not feeling well came out to help me... I can't tell you how thankful I am to have my septic system in full working order. Kurts crew of plumbers are very professional and just plain nice. My house was no kick back job they worked hard for this to work. It turned out great. They cleaned up my yard as if they never came. Thanks guys.

Kurt Bohmer Plumbing answered our call in a timely manner. We had a clogged drain. The plumber was very polite and was in and out. I had called a couple of other businesses. Kurt Bohmer plumbing answered the phone after one ring and was able to send somebody on the same day although they said they were busy. Others would not be able to send anyone out until 2 - 4 days later. I highly recommend Kurt Bohmer Plumbing.

A water main in front of my house burst and there was water leaking out everywhere. We called the city and they told us that it wasn't their fault and then they turned off our water and said to call a plumber. We were without water and desperately calling around, and Kurt Bohmer was able to send out Steve within an hour. He looked it over and said it might be $1,800+ because we might have to tear up the concrete on our sidewalk, and that he'd come back tomorrow to figure it out. He came back and was able to figure out a workaround that cost us less than $500! He was very sympathetic and did a great job at explaining everything to us, and he even called my dad to explain the situation to him. Very helpful and attentive company, would definitely recommend!

These guys saved us. We needed our Septic Tank pumped and Joe came out within an hour and a half, when everyone else said 1 to 2 days. They were here prompt and got the job done efficiently. Needless to say, we had our septic tanked pumped, they made it out the same day with no emergency charge. Couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend them!! Thanks!!!!

I needed a water regulator for the house .Tim came out within an hour.Had to get the parts and had them installed in about an hour.Tim was great.His work looked great.Left things clean The only negative was the high price.Seamed high to me.$550 to install an $80 part and install one union joint.Other than the price everything else was great

Can't say enough about this company! We called another ""supposed"" 24/7 service company, not naming names, but they turned out not to be such a jewel, wink, wink, as their 10-15 minute call back turned out to be me calling them back 30 minutes later, only to be told they couldn't get a hold of the ""on-call"" person. Now on to the praising of Kurt Bohmer Plumbing, 1:00am, took the call, put me on the phone with their on-call plumber, he said he'd be up within the hour, he showed up in about 30-40 minutes, went right to work, had us unclogged (whole house) and even vacuumed up all the water and rinsed out the shower. Christmas morning, saved by Bill from Kurt Bohmer Plumbing. He even gave me some advice to help keep our problem from reoccurring. As for pricing, even though I'd have paid anything at that point, it was very reasonable. I hope we don't have this catastrophe again, but for any future plumbing needs, we have found ourselves a plumber!

My rental management company hired these bummer plumbers to check are septic tank to see if everything was working properly.. Sounds simple right?.. These guys never located the septic and started a completely different job.. I got a call later in the day from my girlfriend and she told me they are tearing up are whole bathroom!.. So i rushed home to find they had all ready jack hammered all my tile and cement out and were digging where my toilet used to be. They ended up using my fiber glass tub to store the dirt they dug out of the ground into the tub and broke the tub!. I asked them why did you do this? They said that they ran a camera and seen there were tree roots in the septic lines. So i said did you burn a dvd to show where the roots and breakage was? Or did you happen to show my girlfriend the problem and have the common courtesy to ask if we want you to carry out this job?? They replied no! So how can i determine if this job actually had to be done. So after all this mess they continued to work and i asked how long will this take they said Three to four days. They ended up being at my house for over a month. These guys also would tell me we will start early to get the job done and ended up showing up at 11:00am everyday and were working in my house till nine at night. Not only did they work late they would show up smelling like alcohol and caught these guys drinking corona in my bathroom while they worked! The main boss would leave guys that he hired off the street at my house with no guidance and go do other jobs then show up at night to pick them up.. After almost being at my house for two months they managed to break the bathtub, break my toilet, got grout and bleach tracked onto my carpet, damage most of the drywall and did a half ass tile job.After all this mess they nade they tried to hit us with a $6000 invoice! Serious!! Soo after all this happen i gave Kurt himself a call he said he would come down and personally get the job taking care of. He didnt! He walked the job and left me with another Idiot plumber that did some of the worst work i have ever seen. I know this because i did high end plumbing for five years! You cant bullshit a general contractor! These guys had to replace my whole bathroom do to there poor work ethic and hiring skills. If you want the job done right i suggest you have someone else come out!!! There is a guy named Henery-(IDIOT) at my house from Kurt Bohmer as i write this reveiw this is because the work they did a couple months ago was not done properly! My Bathroom once again is all destroyed!! Thanks for nothing Kurt your company is garbage!!! Please dont call this company! They will ruin whatever they touch!

These guys saved me I have family coming out next week and needed my septic tank fixed they were here this morning prompt got the job done and for $100 less than another quote ! I would definitely recommend them.
