This is my first time needing a plumber. After calling several companies, I selected K and R based on the multiple five star rating reviews and my initial encounter on the phone with Crystal. Happy to report that K and R is a five star rated company! Excellent family owned business. The entire staff (Crystal, Brent and Robert) was very professional and highly experienced/knowledgeable (Robert has 20+ years plumbing experience). They patiently answered all my questions and walked me through the process when my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Crystal was very understanding to the urgency of my needs and despite having a full schedule, fit me the same day. In comparison to other quotes, K and R prices were very good (replaced with American made w/h) and did not charge extra for removal or for having a multi-level home etc. I felt they were honest and went the extra mile to check everything was fine. In a heartbeat, would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Called in the morning for a 12-4 PM appointment. Was told by the woman answering that they had the part in stock At 4:30 called them, since they had not shown up. Then she told us that the guy is on his way to Fergusson to get the part. When they finished asked for what the warranty was for labor and parts. She would not give us an answer. Finally spoke to the husband who told the basic information. We will not be using them again. Unpleasant experience and a lot of money paid, almost $400.

Amazing service! Robert has incredible work ethics so it made the whole experience of getting a tankless water heater very enjoyable. Definitely calling him if I need anything else done.

Unfortunately cannot recommend their work. Had an issue with our plumbing and it backed up . Called through our home insurance and they set up an appointment two days later.So no plumbing for two days and of course they come at the last minute at the end of the assigned day. They said they snaked the line and it lasted one whole week. It is now Xmas eve, no plumbing, out of money that we paid them to supposedly snake the line and they are not answering calls. Very, very disappointing to say the least.


I see you are quick to respond to unfavorable reviews. Too bad that is not the case on rectifying previous paid work that is questionable. Yes, you made it clear there are roots in the line and there might be future issues. Little did I know they would be super roots growing incredibly fast in 11 days to once again cause an issue.

If you want plumbing done right - call these guys. The last guy that worked on my kitchen sink left me with lousy water pressure, no hot water and a leaking garbage disposal. They also put in a new flapper so my toilet doesn't run anymore.

Robert and Nick repaired it all - they were pleasant, fast and clean. Reasonable rates too. His wife is friendly and enjoyed speaking with her to schedule the appointment. Professional plumbers with integrity and they perform quality work!!

These guys just came out to my house, and were friendly and honest. I thought I needed my toilet reset, but they took a look, and even checked under the house for any leaks, and told me they couldn't take my money, I didn't need it to be done. They gave me some advice and left. They have me as a permanent client whenever I need a plumber!
